The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Wolf throws an overhand right that lands on Meat Boy's shoulder, as Meat Boy tries to avoid the shot.

and Meat Boy makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Wolf on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Wolf shoots for a double leg takedown but Meat Boy sprawls well. He's pushed Wolf's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Wolf throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Meat Boy sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Wolf misses with a looping left.
Meat Boy feinted there with a counter leg kick.
Wolf has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Meat Boy.
A big right from Wolf misses.
Wolf has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Meat Boy.
Meat Boy throws a wild body kick that Wolf sees coming a mile off.

Howlin Wolf seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Meat Boy lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Meat Boy.

Meat Boy uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Wolf.
Meat Boy scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Meat Boy is looking to wear down Wolf with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Wolf walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Wolf limp body while Meat Boy jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!
