Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kazushi Mizushima (ranked 2223 p4p, 255 weight class) and Arzlan Bathory (ranked 2178 p4p, 252 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
9 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Kazushi Mizushima!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Arzlan Bathory!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Ben Zyskovitsi and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mizushima takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Mizushima shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Bathory sprawls well. Bathory wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Mizushima gets slowly back to his feet.
A nice side step and Bathory releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.

and Bathory makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Mizushima really felt that one!
Mizushima tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Bathory defends well and Mizushima ends up having to push Bathory into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
