Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Harvey Dent! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Robert Kortig ! The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Wagner Zegers and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kortig has taken the fight to the clinch.
Kortig tries a body shot but Dent blocks it.
Dent breaks from the clinch.
Kortig moves into the clinch. Kortig 's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Kortig has managed to clinch.
Dent wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Kortig has him pressed against the cage. Dent misses with a body punch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kortig gets underhooks to prevent Dent's takedown attempt.
Dent is looking to control Kortig 's arms but Kortig gets an underhook and turns him. Now Dent has his back to the cage. A right handed body shot lands from Kortig .
Kortig digs a right hand underneath Dent's ribcage. Dent let out a lung full of air as it connected.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kortig struggles to land a body shot inside as Dent controls his hands.

Dent tries to break the clinch but Kortig is controlling the position. Dent tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Kortig tries to work over Dent's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Dent tries to pull guard but Kortig holds him up against the cage and eventually Dent drops back down to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Harvey Dent. That's going to take a lot out of him. Kortig stops a takedown attempt from Dent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Kortig misses with a body punch.
Dent tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Kortig smiles and moves away.
Dent stuffs the takedown attempt from Kortig . Kortig gets slowly back to his feet. Dent changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. Sloppy strikes from Kortig . Those never looked like landing. Kortig clinches with his opponent.
Dent tries for a takedown but Kortig manages to get underhooks.
Dent drops down looking for an ankle pick but Kortig pulls his leg out and moves away.
Kortig fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Dent, pushing him back against the cage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kortig works on Dent's body with a couple of short punches. Dent changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Kortig fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Kortig bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Dent tries to bench press Kortig off him but Kortig keeps the position. Kortig is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. Let's hope that Kortig has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dent tries to bench press Kortig off him but Kortig keeps the position. Kortig controlling the position from side mount. Kortig gets to mount! Dent was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly. Dent is just holding on here. Kortig manages to take his back.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Kortig avoiding Dent 's attempts to control his hands. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kortig seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Kortig is trying hard to land a takedown here. Dent sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Dent appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Kortig has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Dent is landing a low percentage of strikes. Kortig shoots in looking for a takedown. Dent tries to sprawl out of it but Kortig keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Dent manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Dent is looking to counter the offense by Kortig and move into the clinch. Kortig rushes Dent and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Dent pulls guard effortlessly. Robert Kortig showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Dent shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Kortig 's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kortig keeping moving, preventing Dent from controlling successfully. Dent postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Kortig trying to control the position here. Dent throwing strikes from guard but Kortig blocks nicely. Kortig wants to sweep but no luck. Harvey Dent has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Kortig pulls Dent in close to his closed guard and prevents Dent from doing any damage or advancing position. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Kortig can do anything to dispel that myth. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Dent's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Dent trying to control but Kortig is working from the bottom. Kortig pulls Dent in to control the position. Dent tries to free his leg and advance position but Kortig is retaining full guard. Kortig is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Kortig . Dent is looking to counter the offense by Kortig and move into the clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Kortig is defended easily by Dent. Dent drops down looking for a counter takedown but Kortig sprawls and moves away. Kortig gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Dent counters with a single leg into guard. Kortig didn't expect that. Dent controls from within his opponent's guard. Dent landing some decent shots from guard. Dent trying to control the position from guard on top but Kortig is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kortig pulls Dent in close to prevent any damage. Dent loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Dent is looking to work some ground and pound but Kortig has wrist control. Dent in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Robert Kortig is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Kortig utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
And that's the end of the fight! Harvey Dent showed his dominance in that final round. I think Kortig has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
