Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Latrobe Arundel (ranked 1555 p4p, 189 weight class) and Jon Rudskogen (ranked 1019 p4p, 123 weight class). Arundel comes to the ring accompanied by Shook Ones. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arundel is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Arundel pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Rudskogen throws a leg kick that is checked
and Arundel counters with a stiff right hand.
Arundel smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Rudskogen takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Rudskogen pivots, looking for a leg kick but Arundel is out of range and Rudskogen settles back down.
Arundel darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Rudskogen avoids the head kick by Arundel.
Arundel digs a good body shot into Rudskogen's ribs.
Nice defenses there by Arundel.
Arundel paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Rudskogen throws a push kick but Arundel slaps the foot to one side.

Jon Rudskogen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Rudskogen is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Arundel.

and Arundel counters with a nice right hand that sends Rudskogen toppling to the canvas! Rudskogen scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Arundel finish him?!

Rudskogen replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Arundel blocks it well.
Arundel is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.

Rudskogen throws a solid leg kick but Arundel takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Rudskogen.

Arundel cracks Rudskogen with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Arundel has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Rudskogen to stand back up!

Rudskogen keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Arundel circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Rudskogen to the canvas! Rudskogen doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Arundel keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
