Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Theodore Jasper (ranked 1862 p4p, 197 weight class) and Del Werthers (ranked 1344 p4p, 152 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Theodore Jasper!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Del Werthers!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Shigeki Fujiwara and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Werthers with that takedown attempt.
Jasper misses with a jab, cross combination.
Jasper works the jab nicely.
Werthers fails to land with a series of punches.
Werthers throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Jasper counters with a straight right hand.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jasper scores with a jab to the head.

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Jasper gets caught flat footed, as Werthers shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Werthers is looking to work some ground and pound but Jasper has wrist control.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jasper wants to get back to his feet.
Werthers is trying to work for a kimura but Jasper is defending well.
Jasper on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Jasper tries to get out of the position.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Werthers trying to control the pace.
Werthers is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Jasper is trying to stand.
Werthers is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Jasper defends it well.

Werthers is looking to take a break and control but Jasper is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Werthers landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Werthers takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Werthers misses with a few strikes there.
Jasper swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Werthers with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Jasper to score with a decent uppercut.
Werthers with a lazy takedown attempt
and Jasper counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Theodore Jasper dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Werthers misses with a two punch combination.
It looked like Jasper was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Werthers gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Jasper makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Jasper scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Jasper throws a right and a left that both miss.
A slow jab from Werthers misses its intended target.
Jasper seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.

Werthers looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
A right-left combo lands from Jasper.
Jasper misses the jab.
Jasper lands a left and a right that send Werthers crashing to the mat, dazed. Jasper thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Werthers is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Jasper throws a monster overhand right that drops Werthers! Jasper follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:39 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Theodore Jasper!
