Slice scores with a jab.

It looks like Wesley Correira has been cut.
Correira throws a head kick that Slice semi-blocks.
Correira ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Slice thows a body kick. Correira tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Correira blocks a low kick nicely.
Slice buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Correira bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Slice's head backwards.
Slice misses with a looping right.
Slice throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Correira counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Correira tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Slice is able to avoid easily.

Correira drops his hands momentarily and Slice takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Slice tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Slice throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Correira sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Correira throws out a counter right but Slice avoids it with no problem.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Correira checks a leg kick.
As Slice backs off Correira throws a huge counter combo but Slice manages to avoid it all.

Slice lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Correira drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Slice throws a body kick that misses
and Correira counters with a straight right hand.
Correira looks to land a right hand but Slice moved out of range.
Slice digs a good hook to Correira's body.
Correira scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Slice doesn't seem bothered though.
Slice takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Correira tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Slice was well out of range. Poor timing from Correira.

A little jabbing left from Correira on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

Correira looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Slice takes a swing at Correira's ribcage but misses.
Slice lands with a good body shot.
A telegraphed right hand from Slice misses the target.
As Slice backs off Correira throws a huge counter combo but Slice manages to avoid it all.
Correira checks a low kick from Slice.
Slice cracks Correira with a right hand to the side of the head.
Slice throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Slice lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Correira has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Correira and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Slice is looking to slow Correira down with leg kicks.
Slice moves away from the strike by Correira.
Slice throws a looping overhand right but Correira ducks down to avoid it.
Slice throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Correira just misses with a punch to the body.
Slice walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Correira checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Correira fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Slice on the side of the head.

Correira misses with a jab, cross combination.
Correira pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Slice just misses with a punch to the body.
Slice lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Slice lands a slapping body shot.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Correira throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Slice finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Correira now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Kimbo Slice is winning the standup battle so far.
Slice slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Slice looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Correira throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Slice swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Correira feints and then cracks Slice's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Slice down.

A low kick from Slice is predictable there
and Correira counters with a low kick, right behind Slice 's knee.
Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Correira might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Slice has got the better of the exchanges.

and Slice counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Correira is breathing heavily.
Slice scores with the left hand. Correira knows he should have avoided that one.
Slice fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Correira to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Correira looks to clinch but Slice throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Correira taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!

In his post fight interview, Kimbo Slice started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
