Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Edgy Brah (ranked 830 p4p, 106 weight class) and Arthur Menezes (ranked 695 p4p, 95 weight class). Arthur Menezes acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
20 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Edgy Brah! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
14 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Arthur Menezes! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Frank Dennis and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Brah throws a head kick that misses. Menezes throws out a powerful jab. Brah tries a head kick but it misses.
And Menezes tries to counter it with a takedown but Brah pushes his down on his head and steps out. Menezes digs a good body shot into Brah's ribs. Menezes ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Brah throws a head kick but Menezes moves out of range.
Menezes listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Menezes ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Brah moves away. A head kick misses from Brah. A jab from Menezes finds it's way through Brah's defenses. Menezes misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Brah.
Menezes scores with a hook. Brah with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Menezes to score with a decent uppercut. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Menezes avoids a punch combination nicely.
Brah swats away the attempt to clinch by Menezes. Brah has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Brotherhood MMA in the buildup to the fight. Brah lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Menezes blocks a head kick by Brah.

That's one minute gone in the round. Menezes tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Brah manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Brah will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Brah lands a head kick. Menezes smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Brah is breathing heavily. Brah tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Brah takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Brah on the wrong end of a nice hook. Menezes jabs at Brah's body. Brah gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Menezes shoots for a takedown but Brah saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Brah moves forwards but Menezes connects with a nice, crisp jab. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Brah defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Menezes. Menezes slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Menezes darts in looking for a takedown but Brah gets double underhooks and turns Menezes into the cage. Edgy Brah has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Arthur Menezes. Menezes scores with a nice right hand.
Menezes lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Brah misses with a double jab.
Menezes changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Menezes with a body punch. A glancing blow. Menezes throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Brah tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Menezes is in Brah's guard. Brah kicks Menezes off and gets to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Brah misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
A head kick misses from Brah. Brah walks into a jab. Menezes stuns Brah with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Menezes shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Brah as he avoids it easily. Brah throws a sloppy head kick and Menezes decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Brah's guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Menezes drops back looking for a leg! Brah is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Brah manages to kick Menezes off! Menezes jumps back into Brah's guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Brah can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Menezes controls the pace.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Menezes trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Menezes showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Brah is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Menezes drops back, looking for a kneebar! Brah looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Brah looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Brah!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Menezes struggling a bit here. Brah stands up. Menezes tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Brah was well out of range. Poor timing from Menezes. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Menezes bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Brah's head. Menezes tests Brah's chin there with a solid looking shot. A looping hook to the body misses from Menezes. Brah does a little dance to reset his feet. Brah throws a sloppy head kick and Menezes moves out of range easily. Horrible takedown attempt by Menezes or perhaps it was just good defense by Brah, which made it look bad. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Arthur Menezes dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Brah wants to get back to his feet but Menezes is dominant here and he's now got Brah's back! Well, with Menezes on his back, surely it's only a matter of time before Brah is tapping out... Can he escape the position? Brah is taking damage to the body and head. Brah defending nicely against the rear naked choke attempt.
Arthur Menezes has got the better of the ground game so far. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Menezes has his opponent's back and is working for the choke. Brah fending off the submission attempt from Menezes.

That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Menezes's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.

Arthur Menezes showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Menezes closes the distance and clinches up with Brah, looking for a takedown. Menezes pushes Brah against the cage but Brah circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Menezes throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Brah's waist but Brah gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Menezes off to one side. Edgy Brah has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Arthur Menezes. Menezes avoids the head kick by Brah.

Menezes lands a jab-cross combination. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Brah walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Brah misses with a head kick.

That's one minute gone in the round. Menezes pushing down on Brah's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Menezes is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Brah! Menezes takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Menezes can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Brah is looking to escape.

Menezes wants to control but Brah is keeping him busy. Menezes tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. Brah throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done!

Menezes cracks Brah with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Edgy Brah seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Brah throws a sloppy head kick and Menezes moves out of range easily. Menezes is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Brah rather than just go for the knockout. Menezes tries to clinch but Brah moves out of range. Brah throws a head kick but Menezes moves out of range.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Brah takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Edgy Brah is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Menezes lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Menezes slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Brah on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Menezes cracks a nice hook into Brah's ribs. Brah shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Brah misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Brah looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that. Menezes stuns Brah with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Menezes takes a kick to the side of the head. Brah takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Menezes lands with a right hand. Brah takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Menezes thuds a left hand into Brah's body. Brah takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Menezes connects with a looping right hand.
And that's the end of the fight! Arthur Menezes comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Menezes has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
