Mora is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Mora accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Mora's corner is telling him to maintain position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mora is looking to work some ground and pound but Anderson has wrist control. Anderson looking to sweep here. No luck so far. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.#T1# Mora wants to pass the guard but Anderson is keeping the position. Spring looks like he wants to counter punch here. Mora connects with a body shot. Mora looks to land a combination. Spring sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Mora avoids the body shot from Spring.
Mora half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Nice shot lands for Mora. Mora misses with a hook to the body
and Spring counters with a lovely straight right hand! Mora misses with a shot to the body and Spring counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Spring takes a shot right to the bread basket. Spring doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Spring moves out of range of the strikes. Mora misses with a hook. Spring ducked under it nicely. Spring looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. A jab from Mora does it's job there.#TD# Mora closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Savion Mora seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Mail throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Mora sees it coming and avoids it easily. Mora throws a combination that misses and Mail counters with a nice uppercut. Mail takes one to the side of the head.
#CUT#It looks like Handsome Mail has been cut. The fighters circling - Mail throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Mail misses with a few strikes there.
Mail slips under a jab from Mora. Mora scores with a jab. Mail steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Mora. Mora moves out of range as Mail strikes. Mail lands with a good body shot. Some wild striking there from Mora.

Mora thuds his right hand into Mail's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Mora swings for the body but Mail moves out of range.

#R1# A looping hook to the body misses from Mora. Desmond does a little dance to reset his feet. Desmond throws out a counter right but Mora avoids it with no problem. Desmond thows a leg kick but Mora checks it and Mora counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Desmond swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Mora. Desmond misses with a hook
enabling Mora to counter with a crisp jab. We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Desmond has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. Mora throws a lazy right hand but Desmond sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Desmond throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Desmond takes a swing at Mora's ribcage but misses. Desmond swings widly with a right hand
and Mora counters with a nice uppercut. #ROC#Desmond is rocked! Mora wobbles Desmond with a right hand and the left hook that follows puts him on his rear! Mora dives in with a huge flying punch that connects right on the button and puts Desmond to sleep! - What a violent and spectacular finish!

#R1# Rivers on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.#CUT#It looks like Khalil Rivers has been cut. Rivers takes a body punch but keeps moving. Mora jabs at Rivers's body. Mora scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Mora scores with a jab. Rivers acknowledges it with a nod of the head. We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Rivers has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. Rivers takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Rivers looks winded! Mora throws an uppercut from hell that sends Rivers clean off his feet! He's out cold! Mora stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.

Garcia bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Garcia throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Mora misses with a hook. Garcia ducked under it nicely. Garcia misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Mora.
Garcia throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Mora stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Garcia uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Mora.
