Diederik started training Greco-Roman wrestling at age 10 with his Dutch father, a former Olympic wrestler for The Netherlands. However, when he came of age to compete at a high level, he was devastated to learn that Suriname does not have an Olympic Greco-Roman wrestling team. Determined to put his skills to good use, MMA became his new passion. Expect fireworks and blood as all 20+ of his MMA fights have ended in KO/TKO.. in the first round. IQ 109
