From the streets of Marrakech, Couscous grew up poor but rich in experience. That included learning to defend himself. What few friends he made all agreed that over the years he learned to make the best couscous dishes they'd ever had. He now migrates around, working for the best restaurants while training in the mid-afternoons. He only asks for time off on fight days and for his training...and to be able to eat as much couscous as he wants! |
