Chuck Liddell issued the following statement about his fight vs. Stefan Edberg
"I'm not sure why the fight was booked the way it was, I mean I'm the current GCFC LHW Champ. The fight gets booked not for the belt first of all, and then I'm put as the underdog? Doesn't make much sense. And you can tell Edberg wants no part of me as soon as he accepted the fight he realized he fucked up and ran away to London. He still hasn't returned. So now I get to take the first NC of my career in a fight that has me questioning this organization." |
