The semi-finals are here! Alas the tournament resumes, and we get to see two intriguing matchups. The first of which sees Danny Peterson and Hukkelberry Flint face off for the right to get pummeled by the winner of the second semi-final. The 19 year old Belgian got here by defeating Ernesto Powers by ground and pound TKO less than three minutes into the match. As if that was not impressive enough, he needed just 49 seconds to land a guillotine on Jung Ho Park. While dominating is the right word to describe Flint’s journey, ugly might be the best way to describe Peterson’s time. Danny Peterson only had to win once, as he advanced in the first round when his opponent missed weight, but his one win was a comfortable unanimous decision over Tyson Abreu. Stylistically, this will be a battle of contrasts. Flint will want to bring the fight to the ground where his BJJ brown belt will serve him well, while Peterson is your standard sprawl and brawl fighter. Peterson may get the better o

Hey there Sucker Punch fans!

A bit late coming out with this tonight, but as they say, better late than never?  We have a lot of new faces on the card tonight and that should be exciting for every fan watching these fights!  Lots of folks to root for, and lots of new faces to give you an opportunity to look at guys brand new and not already have a “favorite” yet!  So let’s hope for some great action, and that these guys will go out there and earn your cheers!

Hello everybody,

Last sunday CMMA 19 Blacksea vs Platt took place at The Underground in Los Angeles. Great night of fights! Here is a short recap for the main fight.

In the main event we had Quellon Blacksea vs Donny Platt. Blacksea was about to defend his belt for the 3rd time! He wanted a quick return to the cage since in his last fight he didnt took any damage and wants to be as active as possible. Donny Platt was up for the challenge and believed he had a chance if he could take Blacksea to the ground. Many tried before but failed so Donny Platt trained hard and believed he could do where others failed. The fight started and Donny Platt got a takedown right away! And from there it spelled trouble for Blacksea. Where Blacksea was dominating his opponents standing up, this time he was dominated with heavy GnP by Donny Platt. Donny's GnP was so vicious that he cut Blacksea twice and kept landing those vicious shots. Blacksea got cut up and hurt badly, so
