Stoker ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Swanson ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Stoker moves away. Swanson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Stoker swats him away and circles back towards the center. Swanson's corner calls for a 1-2. Swanson obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Swanson jabbing away but nothing is landing. Stoker avoids a kick to the body.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Swanson in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Swanson throwing strikes from guard but Stoker blocks nicely. Swanson is looking to work some ground and pound but Stoker has wrist control. Stoker avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

That was a close round but I would say that Edward Stoker will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on John Swanson's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Attila fails in his attempt to clinch. It looked like Perry wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Attila forces Perry back against the cage and clinches. Attila's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
It looks like Johan Attila has been cut. A short right from Perry on the inside. Attila misses with a punch to the body.
A head punch on the inside from Perry fails to land. Come on Perry - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Attila tries to throw a body punch but Perry avoids it by throwing Attila back against the cage. Perry is trying to push Attila away but Attila has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Perry swings wildly with an uppercut but Attila uses good head movement to avoid it. Attila pulls guard successfully.
Perry tries to free his leg and advance position but Attila is retaining full guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Attila working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Perry doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Perry manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Attila wants to sweep here but Perry controlling him for the moment.

Attila escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Perry gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Perry sitting in guard, not really doing much.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Attila pushes a forearm under Perry's chin to create some space. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Yamato.
Blake on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Yamato. Yamato obviously looking to wear him down.
Blake feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Blake controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Yamato is trying to keep Blake in close.
Blake stands up from Yamato's guard - Blake perhaps looking for a knockout. A swing and a miss from Yamato. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Yamato misses with a kick to the body.

It seemed like Blake was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Yamato stuffs the takedown attempt from Blake. Blake gets slowly back to his feet. Yamato fires out a quick counter leg kick but Blake just manages to avoid it. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Yamato throws a leg kick and Blake counters with a good low kick that Yamato was not able to check. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Labak manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Labak appears to be looking for a big counter. Labak motions for Pedro to come forward.
