The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A good leg kick by Sixx .
Sixx ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Avalon moves away.
Ryan Sixx seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sixx paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Sixx swats away the attempt to clinch by Avalon.
Sixx throws a body shot but no joy.
Avalon throws a nice looking combination but Sixx bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
A countering left hand to the body from Sixx misses.

Avalon has Sixx up against the cage in a clinch.

Sixx manages to break the clinch.
Avalon misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Sixx .
Decent striking displayed by Avalon there.
Sixx misses with a wild body shot.
Avalon tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Sixx paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Good standup being displayed there by Avalon as he connects with a hook.
Avalon throws a series of punches but Sixx moves out of range.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Avalon pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Avalon misses with a jab, cross combination.
Avalon thows a left - swing and a miss!
Sixx shapes to counter with a head kick.

Avalon fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Avalon throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Avalon tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Sixx manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Sixx throws a shot from downtown. Avalon moves away and avoids it.
Avalon is looking to counter the offense by Sixx and move into the clinch.
Sixx throws a poor cross that misses
and Avalon connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Avalon will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Sixx tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Avalon defends well and Sixx ends up having to push Avalon into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Avalon tries to clinch up but Sixx circles away and keeps his distance.
Avalon goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Sixx 's coach down at City of Angels Fight Academy was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Sixx 's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Avalon tries to clinch but Sixx is having none of it.
Avalon chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Sixx can pounce on him.
Avalon slips a jab from Sixx .
Avalon seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.

Avalon moves into range and clinches up with Sixx .
Avalon avoiding damage as Sixx throws knees to the body.
Sixx content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Avalon is looking to break free of the clinch but Sixx has double underhooks.

Sixx manages to break the clinch.
Sixx blocks a jab.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Avalon uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sixx .
Sixx misses with an uppercut.
It looked like Avalon was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Sixx .
Sixx lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Sixx lands with a kick to the temple. Avalon shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Avalon rushes Sixx and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Sixx is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Avalon piles on the pressure and Sixx crumples to the floor! This one is all over!

Nah connects with a leg kick. Deux looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Deux moves away from the strike by Nah.
Nah on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Deux lands a right hook to the body.
Deux uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Nah.
Deux throws a looping overhand right but Nah ducks down to avoid it.

Nah closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Deux has had enough of the clinch but Nah keeps him there for the moment.
Nah keeps control of Deux as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Deux breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Tee Nah seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Deux wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Deux doesn't manage to clinch there - Nah circles away.
Deux lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

It looks like Tee Nah has been cut.
Deux misses with a wild combination.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Nah has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

Nah swings wildly with an uppercut but Deux uses good head movement to avoid it.
Deux wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Nah misses with a hook from the clinch.

Deux escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Nah looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Deux tries to close the distance and clinch up but Nah swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Deux wants to clinch up but Nah keeps it at a distance.

Nah gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

Deux misses with a punch to the body.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Nah.
A nice right hand lands inside from Nah.

Nah rushes Deux and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Nah tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Deux escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Nah misses the jab.
Deux takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

Nah rushes Deux and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Deux's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Nah lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Nah keeps control of Deux as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Deux blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Nah creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Deux is rocked!
Deux working hard to break the clinch.
Deux is still on wobbly legs! Can Nah finish him?
Nah takes a shot to the head.
Deux seems to have recovered his senses.
Nah prevents Deux from breaking the clinch.
A head punch on the inside from Nah fails to land.

A nice right hand lands inside from Nah.
Nah creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Deux's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Deux drops to his knees and Nah pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Tee Nah seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
Numero Deux was interviewed post fight and said 'Tell me when the fire dies down... What the F will you do?!?!'.

It seemed like Gonzalez was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Gonzalez takes a shot right to the bread basket.

and Anstey counters with a deadly accurate combination that rocks Gonzalez badly! He tries to strike back but Anstey puts an end to that with another precision combo that knocks Gonzalez out cold! Oh man, Gonzalez will never hear the end of this one!
