0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Pascal Letaivu! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! FFavor throws a head kick but Letaivu moves out of range.
Letaivu misses with a straight left. FFavor seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance. Letaivu connects with the punch. FFavor throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Letaivu stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from FFavor. FFavor fails in his attempt to clinch. FFavor throws a right and a left that both miss. Letaivu lunges at FFavor with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by FFavor's hand. FFavor moves forwards but Letaivu connects with a nice, crisp jab. FFavor takes a body punch but keeps moving. Letaivu scores with a jab to the body. FFavor throws a head kick that misses. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Letaivu cracks FFavor with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
FFavor is rocked! FFavor throws a right hand that Letaivu ducks under and follows up with a left that Letaivu also avoids with ease. Letaivu swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. FFavor throws a right and a left that Letaivu avoids nicely. FFavor uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Letaivu. Letaivu avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Letaivu misses with a wild body shot. Letaivu rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but FFavor moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. FFavor throws a predictable looking body shot
and Letaivu counters by moving into the clinch. Letaivu keeps control of FFavor as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Letaivu's coach down at Team Migraine was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Letaivu's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. FFavor looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. FFavor is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Letaivu lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of FFavor backwards. FFavor missing with knees to the body.
FFavor wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Letaivu lands with a left to the head. Letaivu lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Letaivu lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of FFavor backwards. FFavor is looking to break free of the clinch but Letaivu has double underhooks. Letaivu lands with a short punch from the clinch.

Letaivu lands a big right hand that sends FFavor crashing to the mat! Letaivu stays standing though and waves FFavor back to his feet! Oh FFavor is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Letaivu scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. FFavor doesn't seem bothered though. Letaivu darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! FFavor's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Letaivu before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sai moves forwards but Landings connects with a nice, crisp jab. Sai uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Landings.
Sai scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Landings tries to get back to half guard but can't. You can see the frustration on Landings's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Landings gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Landings tries to roll over but Sai keeps him under control. Landings slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Sai must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Sai won't allow Landings to sweep him here. Sai tries to free his leg and advance position but Landings is retaining full guard. Landings has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Sai can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Landings is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Sai is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Sai's corner is telling him to maintain position. It looks like Sai might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. Landings is trying to keep Sai in close.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Landings lands a jab to Sai's midsection.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Landings throws a leg kick and Sai connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Landings drops Sai with a beautiful combination! Sai stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Landings is looking for the KO! Sai scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Landings scores with a hook to the body. Sai takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Landings fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Jason Landings seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Landings misses with a jab, cross combination.

Landings appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick. Jason Landings is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Landings ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. A jab from Landings misses. Landings throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Landings connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Sai momentarily.

Sai is still on wobbly legs! Can Landings finish him? Landings pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Landings misses with a kick to the body and Sai counters with a three punch combo that has Landings backing up. Landings nods at Sai to acknowledge the strikes. Landings fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Sai to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Sai looks to clinch but Landings throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Sai taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Patches shoots in and bounces Monson off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Monson not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Monson keeping full guard, as Patches tries to pass. Patches really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Monson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Monson looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Monson throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land. Monson trying to keep a closed guard but Patches is proving a slippery customer.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Patches has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Monson is proving hard to escape from. Patches is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Patches avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Patches moves into the clinch. Patches manages to break the clinch.
Monson misses with a leg kick. No luck with that takedown attempt from Monson. Patches drives through with a takedown into Monson's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Monson wants to sweep here but Patches controlling him for the moment. Patches stands up and waves to Monson to follow him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Monson looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Monson throws a looping overhand right but Patches ducks down to avoid it. Monson just misses with a punch to the body.
Patches shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Monson as he avoids it easily. Monson half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Patches stuffs the takedown attempt from Monson. Monson gets slowly back to his feet. Monson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Patches drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Monson defends it well. Patches avoids the body shot from Monson.
Patches fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Monson, pushing him back against the cage. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Patches has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Monson uses from the top position. Monson got a little sloppy there for a moment and Patches has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Monson has managed to get both his arms back between Patches's legs - danger averted. Monson trying to stand up but can't free himself from Patches's guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Jarome Patches comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Patches has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Kass jabs Winchester right on the nose. Winchester blinks but takes it well. Winchester tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Kass paws at him with a jab and circles away. Kass moves away from the strike by Winchester. Kass lands with a hook. Winchester tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Kass will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Winchester scores with the left hand. Kass knows he should have avoided that one.

Kass rushes Winchester and presses him up against the cage. Kass tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Kass lands with a left to the head. A right hand to the body from Winchester.

Winchester's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Kass connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Winchester scrambles back to his feet.
It looks like Dean Winchester has been cut. Kass throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Winchester sees it coming and avoids it easily. Winchester is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Big Kass seems to be getting the better of the standup. Winchester looks to land a combination but Kass avoids it well. Kass might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Kass feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Winchester sprawling to the canvas! Winchester rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Kass finish him?!
Winchester is rocked! Kass ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Winchester out cold! The fight is over!

Drum is pulling down on Pandan's head to control his posture. Pandan with a flurry of punches that miss. Drum might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Pandan lands with a cross. Drum tries to score a power double leg takedown but Pandan sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Drum somewhat. And Pandan tries to counter it with a takedown but Drum pushes his down on his head and steps out.

Pandan takes the fight into the clinch. Drum pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Pandan throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Drum shoots in for a takedown but Pandan shows good takedown defense. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bongo Drum. That's going to take a lot out of him. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Pandan manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Drum on his heels. He'll look to pass Drum's guard now, I'm sure. Greg Pandan showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Pandan stands over his opponent and dives in with a flying punch! Drum throws up his legs and catches Pandan in a triangle! Oh this looks tight! Pandan tries to escape but he's forced to tap! Wow, fantastic work there by Drum! That came out of nowhere!

It looks like Sanjit Babatunde has been cut. Frost thuds his right hand into Babatunde's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Frost moves away from the strike by Babatunde. Frost feints with a left and delivers a massive head kick! Babatunde collapses like a ragdoll! Game over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tuke closes the distance and pushes Jacks back into the cage. Tuke breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Jacks on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Tuke closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Jacks's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Jacks is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Tuke to keep the fight standing. Jacks misses with a body punch.

A short left from Jacks. Jacks is struggling to control the position. Jacks jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Tuke walks away with a smile on his face. Jacks gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tuke slips a jab from Jacks. Tuke steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Jacks. Jacks fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Tuke manages to avoid it. Jacks throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Tuke counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Horrible takedown attempt by Jacks or perhaps it was just good defense by Tuke, which made it look bad. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Brian Jacks. That's going to take a lot out of him. Tuke tries to clinch up. It looked like Jacks wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Jacks avoids the body shot from Tuke.
We've been hearing reports that Jacks has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. A left lands for Tuke. Tuke blocks a jab. Jacks lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Tuke circles away quickly and effectively. Tuke connects with a single shot there. Jacks forces Tuke back against the cage and clinches. Tuke blocks an uppercut.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Jacks is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Tuke is aware though and is defending well.

Tuke has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Jacks to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Tuke is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Jacks pulls down on the head and he's put Tuke to sleep! This one is all over!
