15 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Micah Hays! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
25 - 15 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jonqw Fray! The judges for this bout are James Glass, Sam Margolis and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fray looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Hays is fending him off so far but Fray persists. Nope, Hays circles away and we're back to standing. Hays wants to clinch. Micah Hays seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hays tries to clinch up but Fray circles away and keeps his distance. Hays lands a slapping body shot.
Fray misses with a straight left. Hays tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Fray manages to circle out of the way. Hays goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
It looks like Jonqw Fray has been cut. Hays throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena. A jab from Fray misses. Fray lands a nice shot to the body.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Hays enables Fray to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Hays manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Fray drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Hays manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Fray has Hays in his guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Hays slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fray throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Hays is looking to stand up but Fray won't let him. Fray looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Hays has picked Fray up and slammed him! Fray can't keep hold of the triangle and Hays manages to pass to side control! Fray is looking for a sweep. Hays working the strikes but Fray uses the opportunity to regain half guard. Fray wants to control but Hays is keeping busy and won't allow it. Fray is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Hays pulls his head out easily.

Hays throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Fray is looking for a sweep. Hays is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Fray is staying active underneath Hays, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Fray is looking to control Hays's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Fray avoid being mounted? Hays looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Hays has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Hays breaks from Fray's wrist control and lands an elbow.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fray is looking to get to half guard. Hays putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Hays trying to control but Fray is having none of it. Fray slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Fray is looking to improve his position.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Hays throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Fray is controlling Hays's position as best he can from this difficult position. Fray looking for submissions off his back. Fray tries to roll over but Hays keeps him under control. Hays slips a nice elbow through Fray's hands, connecting with Fray's forehead. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Fray taking some punishment here, with Hays in his half guard. Hays wants to lay and pray for a moment but Fray keeps working. Hays is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Fray is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Fray misses with a hook. The fighters circling - Hays throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Hays wants to clinch. Fray takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Fray fails with the takedown. Hays thuds his right hand into Fray's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
That has opened up Jonqw Fray's cut even more. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hays misses with a two punch combination.

That's one minute gone in the round. Hays lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Fray is rocked! Fray bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Fray is still on wobbly legs! Can Hays finish him? Fray gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Hays. Hays finds Fray's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Fray flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Hays lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Fray will be OK.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fietsora dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Delacroix throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Fietsora misses with a right hand enabling Delacroix to counter with a crisp jab. Fietsora connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Fietsora looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Delacroix is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Fietsora. Fietsora looks to throw the jab but Delacroix is out of range. Delacroix moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. A clash of legs there as Delacroix blocks the low kick. Delacroix is looking for a counter combo. Fietsora swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Delacroix. Fietsora cracks the inside of Delacroix's front leg. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! A swing and a miss from Fietsora. Fietsora misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Fietsora throws a lazy right hand but Delacroix sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Delacroix swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Zadimus Delacroix seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Delacroix ducks under a wild hook from Fietsora. A head kick misses from Fietsora. Delacroix on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Delacroix fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
That's one minute gone in the round. Delacroix swats away the attempt to clinch by Fietsora. Delacroix swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Fietsora swings for the body but Delacroix moves out of range.
A combination from Delacroix does no damage. Delacroix misses with a wild combination.
A looping hook to the body misses from Fietsora. Delacroix does a little dance to reset his feet. Fietsora tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Delacroix paws at him with a jab and circles away. Fietsora fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Delacroix. Fietsora throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Delacroix stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Fietsora lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Delacroix misses with an uppercut. Fietsora saw that one coming. Delacroix rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Fietsora moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Fietsora throws a head kick that misses. Fietsora rushes Delacroix and presses him up against the cage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fietsora lands a left hand that snaps the head of Delacroix backwards. Delacroix misses with a short punch on the inside. Fietsora lands on the inside with an uppercut. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! A right hook to the body lands for Fietsora.
Fietsora manages to break the clinch.
Fietsora avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Delacroix takes one on the button. Fietsora swings widly with a right hand
and Delacroix counters with a nice uppercut. Nice shot lands for Fietsora. Delacroix throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Fietsora throws a leg kick that is checked and Delacroix counters with a left and a right that stings Fietsora. Fietsora gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Fietsora tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Delacroix is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Fietsora buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Fietsora!! Fietsora is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Delacroix throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Zadimus Delacroix! An out of breath Zadimus Delacroix thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Olofson takes a swing at Nikolaev's ribcage but misses. Nikolaev on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Olofson connects with a leg kick. Nikolaev looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Olofson throws a head kick but Nikolaev moves out of range.
We've been informed that Olofson has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Nikolaev shoots in and bounces Olofson off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Olofson wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. We've been hearing that Nikolaev has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish. Nikolaev wants to control from the top but Olofson keeps moving. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nikolaev distracts Olofson with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Nikolaev won't allow Olofson to get back to his feet. Nikolaev scoring with some ground and pound. Nikolaev wants to control from the top but Olofson keeps moving. Olofson manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Nikolaev manages to get himself to full guard.

Nikolaev has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Olofson is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Olofson is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Nikolaev.

Volya Nikolaev opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see. Leif Olofson spoke after the fight, saying 'At least I have a pair of blue socks'.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Branco throws a low kick but Kurtz moves out of range easily. Branco scores with a hook. Branco displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Kurtz throws out the jab. Kurtz lands the left hand. Kurtz connects with a single shot there. Kurtz moves out of range of the body kick from Branco.
It looked like Kurtz was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Branco. Branco throws a lazy head kick and Kurtz counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Kurtz scores with a leg kick.

and Kurtz counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Branco throws a leg kick but Kurtz moved away. Kurtz throws a leg kick but Branco sees it coming and checks it nicely. Branco throws a front kick that sends Kurtz stumbling back into the cage. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Kurtz thumps Branco with a low kick.

Kurtz lands with a hook. Branco tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Branco. Kurtz loads up on a big right hand but Branco slips the punch. Kurtz takes a shot to the body in his stride.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Branco crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Kurtz - the referee stops the clock and Branco gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Kurtz. Branco manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Branco looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Branco takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Branco gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Kurtz. Kurtz takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Kurtz ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Branco moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

Kurtz throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Branco gets off balance looking for a body kick and Kurtz cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Branco moves away from the strike by Kurtz. Kurtz swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Branco takes a body punch but keeps moving. Kurtz is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. Kurtz throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Walter Kurtz is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Branco looks to land a left hand but Kurtz moved out of range nicely. It appears Kurtz was looking to counter with a kick there. Branco has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Kurtz. Branco throws out a loose jab but Kurtz uses good head movement to avoid it.

Branco wants to clinch up but Kurtz keeps it at a distance. It looks like Kurtz has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him. Branco looks to score with a jab to the body but Kurtz is just out of range. Branco throws a chopping leg kick but Kurtz manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Branco walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Kurtz will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Branco changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Branco throws a leg kick that misses. Kurtz walks into a left hand.
It looks like Walter Kurtz has been cut. Kurtz blocks a low kick nicely. Branco rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
letting Kurtz counter with a right hand. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. A head kick misses from Branco. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Kurtz throws a hook but Branco blocks it. Branco jabbing away but nothing is landing. Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Kurtz. Branco shrugs it off though. Kurtz is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Branco can do to turn this around? Branco throws a body punch but Kurtz moves out of range. Branco on the wrong end of a nice hook. Branco shoots in but Kurtz avoids the takedown attempt easily. A big left from Kurtz misses. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kurtz misses with an attempted mid kick.

As Branco backs away, Kurtz returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.

Kurtz throws a low kick but it's checked well by Branco. Kurtz pushes Branco away with a front kick. Branco lands a jab to the nose. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Kurtz turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Branco might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Kurtz has got the better of the exchanges.
