The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kali throws a leg kick

and McCoy counters with a shoot takedown. Kali fights it but they end up in guard.
McCoy lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Kali is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

McCoy is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
McCoy is in close to Kali's body, working some short punches and elbows.
McCoy controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
McCoy 's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

McCoy has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

McCoy passes Kali's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

McCoy looks up at the clock and then as Kali takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, McCoy smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

McCoy has hold of Kali's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Kali seems comfortable defending it but McCoy has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Kali is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Kali is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but McCoy couldn't care less - he's delighted!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dorfsen tries to close the distance and clinch but Cadman swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Cadman is looking to counter the offense by Dorfsen and move into the clinch.

I was talking to Cadman 's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

Cadman breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Dorfsen misses with a takedown attempt
and Cadman counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!

A less than humble Cayden Cadman misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
