The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Metharom is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Metharom misses with a leg kick. Dong throws a body kick that misses. Dong throws a series of punches but Metharom avoids them all with ease. Metharom swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Good work by Dong as he checks the leg kick. Metharom fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Dong. Metharom connects with an inside leg kick. Metharom throws an ugly left hook that misses

Metharom thows a left - swing and a miss! Dong throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. A telegraphed right hand from Metharom misses the target. Dong checks a leg kick. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Dong lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Metharom has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Metharom and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Dong cracks Metharom with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Dong displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Metharom throws out the jab. Dong scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Metharom walks into a straight right hand from Dong. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Dong connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Metharom keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Dong. Dong moves into range and connects with a jab. Metharom checks the leg kick nicely there.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A nice inside leg kick there by Donnelly. That's going to slow Beast down. Donnelly scores with a kick to the midsection. Donnelly lands a nice leg kick that just misses Beast's sensitive parts. Donnelly throws a sloppy head kick and Beast counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Donnelly tries to roll over but Beast keeps him under control. Beast wants to take a breather but Donnelly is having none of it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Donnelly trying to control but Beast postures up.
Donnelly is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Beast is nestled in close to Donnelly, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Donnelly blocking the ground and pound attempt from Beast. Beast passes to side control. Beast sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Donnelly is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Black throws a looping overhand right but Hudson ducks down to avoid it. Nice sprawl there from Black as Hudson shoots in. Vlad Black seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Black tries to clinch up but Hudson circles away and keeps his distance. Black digs a good hook to Hudson's body.
Black comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Hudson misses with a head kick.

He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Fagan to score with a decent uppercut. Woods displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Fagan throws out the jab. Fagan works Woods's body with a nice hook. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Fagan swings for the body but Woods moves out of range.
Woods appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body. Woods looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Woods misses with a looping right. Good exchange - Fagan coming out on top.

Fagan stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. Woods is trying to pull guard but Fagan has him pressed against the cage. Woods gets control of Fagan's arms and successfully pulls guard. Woods will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Fagan engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Woods is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Paddy Fagan dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Papadopoulos is looking to advance position but Wearmouth won't allow it. Papadopoulos is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Wearmouth is just riding it out for now. Papadopoulos eventually gives up the hold. Wearmouth wants to control but Papadopoulos is keeping busy.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Papadopoulos wants to hit a switch here but Wearmouth passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Papadopoulos there! Papadopoulos is trying to escape the mount.
Dave Wearmouth is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Papadopoulos is working hard here to advance position. Wearmouth content just to control the position here. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Papadopoulos is flailing around like a fish out of water, trying to land strikes.

20 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Farley Steve! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jose Morales! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Daniel Franklin and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A looping hook to the body misses from Morales. Steve does a little dance to reset his feet. Steve has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Men Only. No Liberals ! in the buildup to the fight. Morales throws a jab but it's blocked by Steve. Morales throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Steve wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch. Steve steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Morales. Morales digs a good body shot into Steve's ribs. Steve takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Steve takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Nice defenses there by Morales. Steve thows a left - swing and a miss! Steve ducks right into an uppercut from Morales. Steve slips a straight right by Morales. Steve waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Morales.
That's one minute gone in the round. Steve keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Steve takes a jab right on the kisser.
Morales throws a hook but Steve blocks it. Steve swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Steve misses with a looping left. Steve scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Morales pivots, looking for a leg kick but Steve is out of range and Morales settles back down. Steve throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Morales fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Steve on the side of the head. Morales takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Morales cracks a nice hook into Steve's ribs. Steve feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Moraless jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Steve cracks Morales with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Steve has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Morales to stand back up!
Morales is rocked! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Steve looks to throw the jab but Morales is out of range. Morales is still on wobbly legs! Can Steve finish him? Morales walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Steve swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!
