With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jack Falcon! The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Illya Tyunina and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Graves shoots in for a double leg but Falcon sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Graves drives through with a takedown into guard. Graves is looking to work some ground and pound but Falcon has wrist control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Falcon working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Graves. We've been hearing that Graves has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish. Graves winds up and cracks Falcon with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Graves has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Graves seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Falcon does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Graves connects with a nice short shot to Falcon's temple. Graves is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Graves shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Falcon but Falcon pushes him off and we're back to square one. Graves throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Falcon's waist but Falcon gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Graves off to one side. Falcon throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Graves on the side of the head. Falcon has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Graves is landing a low percentage of strikes. Graves looks for a takedown but Falcon sprawls well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Marian Graves. That's going to take a lot out of him. Graves drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Is there anything that Falcon can do to turn this around? Falcon has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Graves throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Falcon's waist but Falcon gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Graves off to one side. Graves shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Falcon but Falcon pushes him off and we're back to square one. Graves uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Falcon.

Graves shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Possibly an early stoppage but Falcon doesn't seem to be complaining too much.

Nice sprawl there from Patrick as Alves shoots in. Patrick tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Alves throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Patrick. Patrick looks like he wants to counter punch here. Alves is looking to clinch. Alves dives in for a single leg takedown but Patrick sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Alves loads up on a big right hand but Patrick slips the punch. Alves throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Patrick throws a right and a left that both miss. Alves throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Patrick tries to counter with a clinch but Alves shakes him off and moves away. Alves changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Patrick looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Patrick sneaks out the side door and pushes Alves away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Alves misses with the body kick and Patrick decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Alves's guard. Alves has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Patrick can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Patrick controls from within his opponent's guard.

"Ole!" shouts Jensen as he jumps to the side. Jensen tries to move into range but Jameison moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Jensen on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Jameison really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Jameison keeps Jensen at a distance using the push kick. Jameison misses with a two punch combination.
Jensen tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Jameison was well out of range. Poor timing from Jensen. Peter Jensen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A momentary lapse in concentration from Jameison enables Jensen to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Jameison manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Jensen preventing the sweep. Jameison looking to control.
Jensen not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Jensen's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Jensen working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though. David Dilbrandt seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Myres takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Dilbrandt clobbers Myres with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Dilbrandt seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. Dilbrandt throws a shot to the body.
Dilbrandt throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Dilbrandt lands with a hook. Myres tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Myres with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Dilbrandt to score with a decent uppercut. Dilbrandt connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Myres is rocked! Dilbrandt walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Myres drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Dilbrandt swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Myres's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!

Seagal closes the distance looking to clinch letting Smith counter with a right hand. A left and a right from Smith both land. Nice combination. Seagal moves in looking to clinch but Smith pushes him off. Seagal fails with an attempt to clinch.
Seagal rushes Smith and presses him up against the cage. Smith creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses. Seagal throws a punch but it's blocked by Smith. Smith manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

Smith misses with a hook from the clinch. Seagal goes for a takedown attempt but Smith pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
