Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Yellow Belt Casey! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 7 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Adrian Petrov! The judges for this bout are Ben Hemmingworth, John Mangel and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Casey tries to clinch but Petrov moves out of range. No luck for Petrov with that takedown attempt. A little feinted left hand from Casey on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Petrov shoots in but Casey avoids the takedown attempt easily. A quick step to the side and Casey tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. Casey tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Petrov counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Petrov. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Casey is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Casey has control of Petrov's left arm, preventing Petrov from doing any damage. Petrov avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Casey might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Petrov is working Casey over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

and Reacher counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Kozlovski thinking. Kozlovski pushes Reacher up against the cage in a clinch. Kozlovski pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Kozlovski misses with an uppercut
and Kozlovski takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Kozlovski gets in close and instigates a clinch. Kozlovski breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Kozlovski slips a jab from Reacher. Kozlovski looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Reacher misses with a hook. Kozlovski ducked under it nicely. Kozlovski lands a left and a right that send Reacher crashing to the mat, dazed. Kozlovski thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet! Reacher is rocked! It looks like Jack Reacher has been cut. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Reacher throws a lazy uppercut
and Kozlovski makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Oh Reacher is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Reacher takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Reacher is holding his hands too far apart here. Kozlovski throws a hard, straight punch right down the pipe and BOOM! Reacher is out! That punch landed square on the jaw - what a shot!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A decent looking body kick lands there for Gaunce. Gaunce lands with a nice body punch. No luck with that takedown attempt from Gaunce. Egomi lands with a straight right. Gaunce didn't see that one coming. Egomi uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Gaunce fails with the takedown and Egomi counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Egomi misses with a looping right. Gaunce looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Gaunce moves into range and clinches up with Egomi. Egomi is trying to drag Gaunce to the mat but Gaunce just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Egomi working aggressively here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Egomi lands a hook that snaps the head of Gaunce backwards. I was talking to Gaunce's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight. Gaunce blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

Egomi looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Egomi throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Gaunce stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. A looping hook to the body misses from Gaunce. Egomi does a little dance to reset his feet. Egomi misses with a body kick. Egomi scores with a leg kick.
Gaunce misses with a body kick. It seemed like Egomi was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Aron Egomi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A head kick by Egomi misses and Gaunce counters with a left and a right that stings Egomi. Egomi swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Gaunce wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch. Gaunce throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
An inside leg kick from Gaunce misses. Gaunce moves away from the strike by Egomi. Gaunce moves away from the strike by Egomi. Aron Egomi is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Gaunce doesn't succeed with the takedown and Egomi counters with a stiff right hand.

Egomi might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Gaunce lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Egomi circles away quickly and effectively. Gaunce uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Egomi. Gaunce throws a right and a left that Egomi avoids nicely. Egomi with a hook. Egomi throws a hook but Gaunce avoids it easily. Gaunce takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Gaunce is rocked! Egomi throws a monster overhand right that drops Gaunce! Egomi follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!

Johnson takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. It looks like Thoth Chontamenti has been cut.
