Heatherington lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Heatherington misses with a series of wild punches.
Hoxha tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Hoxha throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Heatherington's jaw, knocking him onto his back! Hoxha dives in looking to finish as Heatherington flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Hoxha's strikes! Hoxha is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Heatherington's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Heatherington was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.

Tzeng shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Tzeng showed some decent athleticism there.
We've been hearing good reports from Tzeng's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
Xiaodong is trying to stand up here but Tzeng is controlling him well.
Tzeng wants to free his trapped foot but Xiaodong is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Xiaodong pushes Tzeng off looking to stand but Tzeng dives back in and keeps control.

Itzpapalotltotec's coach down at ZuccoTraining Ground was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Itzpapalotltotec's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Rahl will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
