These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Sam Tripolini! The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Viktor Lagutenko and Sergei Dronov.

Tripolini looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Tripolini stuns Bullock with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Tripolini takes a swing at Bullock's ribcage but misses. Tripolini keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Tripolini tries to clinch but Bullock moves out of range. Lars Bullock seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Tripolini darts in and clinches Bullock up against the cage. Tripolini tries a knee to the head but Bullock blocks it.

Tripolini is bucking up trying to escape but Bullock cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Tripolini really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bullock. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Bullock landing strikes from the mount and Tripolini is in trouble! Tripolini is still in real trouble! Can Bullock finish him? We've been hearing good reports from Bullock's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today. Bullock has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Tripolini is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Tripolini seems to have recovered his senses.

A left lands for Praetorian. Alexandrov slips a straight right by Praetorian. Praetorian connects with a solid leg kick. Praetorian lands with a kick to the temple. Alexandrov shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Praetorian with a nice calf kick. The fight moves into the clinch position. Alexandrov misses with a body punch.

Praetorian's coach down at Undisputed was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Praetorian's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Praetorian throws a wild hook but Alexandrov just manages to duck under it and - ooooh! Praetorian gets nailed by a brutal uppercut which crumples him back against the cage! The referee jumps in - Alexandrov raises his hands in celebration and walks away!

A very excited looking Alex Alexandrov made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. You can see the frustration on Petersen's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Petersen feints and as Gulf raises his hands in defense, Petersen changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Gulf bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Petersen's guard. Petersen wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Petersen is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Petersen tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Gulf is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Nice body punch from Gulf - that landed with a thud.

Beautiful body shot. Petersen closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Gulf quickly recovers to half guard. Petersen is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Petersen is pressing down on Gulf's thigh, looking to free his foot. Gulf is holding on for now. Gulf is defending against the submission attempts here by Petersen.
Gulf is not content to let Petersen control the position. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Gulf moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Gulf throws a looping overhand right but Petersen ducks down to avoid it. Petersen works the jab nicely. Petersen displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Gulf throws out the jab. Gulf keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Gulf has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Gulf can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Petersen controls the pace. Gulf pulls Petersen in to control the position.

Darrel Petersen is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. A left and a right from Gulf both land. Nice combination. Gulf swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Petersen fails to land the takedown. Gulf scores with a decent looking hook.

Avatar fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and McDonald has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. McDonald tries a head kick but it misses.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. A head kick by McDonald misses and Avatar counters with a straight right hand. It looks like David McDonald has been cut. McDonald throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 9 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Gemechu McKraken! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 12 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, New Breed One! The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Illya Tyunina and Ivan Kurochkin.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. McKraken lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. McKraken working over One with some ground and pound. One looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. One wants to control but McKraken is keeping busy.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. McKraken is nestled in close to One, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. McKraken is trying to control. One wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. One has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Gemechu McKraken dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! McKraken looks to land a left hand but One moved out of range nicely. One changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. McKraken tries to avoid it but One manages to keep hold of a leg and drag McKraken to the ground. McKraken escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. McKraken is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that One can do to turn this around? One fails miserably with a takedown attempt. McKraken gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. One jumps guard but McKraken turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Gemechu McKraken has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of New Breed One. One lands a takedown into guard.
