With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Peter Smart! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 11 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jason Rocks! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rocks takes a swing at Smart's ribcage but misses. Smart shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Rocks as he jumps to the side. Smart looks to land a left hand but Rocks moved out of range nicely. Smart scores with a push kick. Smart throws a body shot but no joy. Smart wants to slow Rocks down by chopping away at his legs. Smart keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Smart looks to land a right hand but Rocks moved out of range. Smart scores with a kick to the midsection. Smart misses with a body shot
and Rocks counters with a nice uppercut. Smart has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Cloud9 in the buildup to the fight. Rocks takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Smart swings wildly with an uppercut but Rocks uses good head movement to avoid it. Smart working some nice short punches in the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A head punch on the inside from Smart fails to land. Smart lands with a left to the head. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Smart misses with a hook to the ribs.
Rocks lands a glancing elbow in the clinch. A head punch on the inside from Rocks fails to land. Smart tries to throw a body punch but Rocks avoids it by throwing Smart back against the cage. Smart wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Rocks pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage. Smart lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Smart misses with a body punch.
Smart tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Smart struggles to land a body shot inside as Rocks controls his hands.
Rocks blocks a body shot from Smart. Smart lands a hook that snaps the head of Rocks backwards. Rocks is rocked! Smart is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Rocks can't fight it off and eventually Smart manages to take the fight to the floor. Rocks looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. Rocks wants to get back to his feet but Smart passes into half guard.
Rocks is still in real trouble! Can Smart finish him?
That's three minutes gone in the round. Smart lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Smart lands a massive shot from half guard that has rocked Rocks! More strikes land and this one is all over! Smart jumps to his feet and is applauded loudly by the crowd!

A relieved looking Peter Smart thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Heimo ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Chin moves away. Good leg kick by Chin. Heimo tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Chin was well out of range. Poor timing from Heimo. Chin checks a leg kick nicely. Chin doesn't manage to clinch there - Heimo circles away.
A head kick misses from Heimo. Chin clinches up against the cage. Chin goes for a takedown attempt but Heimo pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Chin tries to clinch but Heimo moves out of range. Heimo half committed to a counter leg kick. Chin wants to clinch up but Heimo keeps it at a distance. Chin takes a swing at Heimo's ribcage but misses. Heimo lands with a nice body kick. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Heimo scores with a shot to the body.
Heimo ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Chin moves away. Chin moves out of range as Heimo strikes. Heimo checks a low kick from Chin. Heimo throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Chin stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Heimo throws a hook to the side of Chin's head but Chin sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Chin has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. Heimo connects with a right hand. Chin shakes it off. Heimo lands a big head kick that sends Chin tumbling to the mat! Heimo takes a step backwards and waves Chin back to his feet - he wants the finish! Chin is rocked! A head kick misses from Heimo. Chin is still on wobbly legs! Can Heimo finish him? Chin defending well as Heimo loads up on a big left hand. Chin throws a right hand that Heimo ducks under and follows up with a left that Heimo also avoids with ease. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Chin takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Chin bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Heimo drops Chin with a big left hand! Chin is injured, injured bad! Heimo jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!

With a record of 15 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Darrel Hill! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 7 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Zhang Jun! The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Percy O'Donnell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hill uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Hill misses with a looping left. Jun takes a swing at Hill's ribcage but misses. Hill lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Hill avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Hill definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Jun throws a jab when Hill was well out of range. Jun throws a head kick that misses. Jun pivots, looking for a leg kick but Hill is out of range and Jun settles back down. Hill lands a right hook to the body.

Jun eats them both and turns towards Hill to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. Hill throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Hill is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Jun. Jun is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Hill with a body shot. Hill throws a body punch but Jun moves out of range. Jun throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Hill keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Jun. Jun misses with a head kick.

Jun slips under a jab from Hill. Hill is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. A swing and a miss from Jun. Hill slips under a jab.

Hill looks to throw the jab but Jun is out of range. Jun plants his feet and lands a nice head kick! It looks like Darrel Hill has been cut. Hill looks to throw the jab but Jun is out of range. Hill misses the shot to the body. Jun uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Hill. Jun throws out a counter right but Hill avoids it with no problem. Hill thuds his right hand into Jun's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. A slow jab from Hill misses its intended target. Jun misses with a double jab.

Jun tries a quick counter leg kick but Hill is wise to it. The crowd cheers as Jun lands an impressive looking overhand right. Hill doesn't seem phased though. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Hill throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Jun sees it coming and avoids it easily. Jun doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter. Jun throws the left hand but Hill avoids the punch easily. Hill misses with a looping right. Hill misses with a wild body shot.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jun lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Jun swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Hill scores with a jab to the body. Jun uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Hill. Jun tries to sprawl but Hill drives through with a takedown into half guard. Jun is trying to get back to full guard. Jun is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Hill pulls his head out easily. Jun is trying to maintain the position but Hill is very close to passing his half guard. Hill moves into full mount! Jun won't be happy about that! The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Hill controlling from the full mount. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Hill rushes Jun and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Jun tries to circle away but Hill has him pinned against the cage. Hill is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Jun can do to turn this around? Hill lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Zhang Jun has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Jun wants to break free but Hill has control.

Jun pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Hill punishes Jun's body with a nice straight punch. Hill on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Jun keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Jun lands with a hook. Hill tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Hill throws a jab when Jun was well out of range. That's three minutes gone in the round. A frustrated look appears on Jun's face as he tries to break the clinch. Jun pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Hill misses with a wild body shot. Hill moves out of range of the strikes. A bone on bone clash there as Hill blocks the leg kick.
Jun comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Hill slips under a jab from Jun. Jun throws a nice looking combination but Hill bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Hill lands a jab. Hill lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Good standup being displayed there by Hill as he connects with a hook. Hill misses with a hook. Nice uppercut lands for Hill. That snapped Jun's head back.
Nice defenses there by Hill. Hill gets in close and instigates a clinch. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! A head punch blocked on the inside by Jun. A short right from Hill.

Hill throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Jun connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Hill loads up on a big right hand but Jun slips the punch. Jun thows a left - swing and a miss! Hill is looking to counter punch. Jun has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye. Hill tries to clinch there but Jun circles away.
Jun takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Jab by Hill. Jun shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Jun is looking to chop away at Hill's legs. Jun takes one to the side of the head.
Hill blocks a low kick nicely. Jun takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Hill takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Darrel Hill is winning the standup battle so far. This has been an exciting period of action! Hill manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Jun on his heels. He'll look to pass Jun's guard now, I'm sure. Hill looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Hill advances position into side control!

Hill tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Jun is looking to improve his position but Hill isn't that keen on the idea.

Hill looking for the choke from the back. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jun trying to control the hands but Hill won't let him. Hill is controlling his opponent, waiting for an opportunity to finish. You can see the frustration on Jun's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

Jun wants to control but Hill is having none of it. Hill controlling from the full mount. Darrel Hill is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Hill is trying to take his opponent's back.

And that's the end of the fight! Darrel Hill showed his dominance in that final round. Well Hill has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Romeo has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Romeo misses with an uppercut. Hopkins saw that one coming. Romeo throws an off balance right hand
and Hopkins counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Romeo throws an ugly left hook that misses
letting Hopkins counter with a right hand. It looks like Anthony Romeo has been cut. A looping hook to the body misses from Romeo. Hopkins does a little dance to reset his feet. Romeo lands a really nice looking cross but Hopkins seems unphased.

Hopkins avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Hopkins throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Romeo doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter. Romeo swings for the body but Hopkins moves out of range.

Hopkins feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Romeo sprawling to the canvas! Romeo rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Hopkins finish him?!

and Hopkins counters with a nice body kick. Romeo is still on wobbly legs! Can Hopkins finish him? Hopkins circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Romeo tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Hopkins wins by KO!
