The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ford lands the left hand.
Ford tries to bum rush Happy with a series of wild strikes but Happy uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Ford jabs Happy to the body, keeping him at a distance.

Happy shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Happy showed some decent athleticism there.

Happy is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Ford has managed to free his arm - good work.
Happy sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Ford defending well though.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ford won't allow Happy to pass to mount.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Happy lands a nice short elbow.
Happy wants to free his trapped foot but Ford is holding on for dear life with his legs.
