The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knox throws a hook to the side of Jones's head but Jones sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Jones swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Knox lands with an overhand left.
Knox lands a glancing blow to the side of Jones's head.
Knox lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Knox's coach down at Canadian Combat Academy was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Knox's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Jones throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Knox lands a lovely overhand right.
It looks like Mark Jones has been cut.

Santino flashes Rivers a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Rivers's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Rivers crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Santino punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!

Ubereem drops Verdins with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Verdins looks back up at him and smiles so Ubereem waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
It looks like Martins Verdins has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Ubereem stuns Verdins with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Whack! Ubereem lands a heavy head kick that drops Verdins. The ref tackles Ubereem to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Verdins was done.
