On his way into the cage it seems that Jonas Carvalho has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Jonas Carvalho seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Carvalho tries to bum rush Petrov with a series of wild strikes but Petrov uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Carvalho has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Petrov to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Carvalho is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Petrov pulls down on the head and he's put Carvalho to sleep! This one is all over!

I think Frankies might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Steady as she goes. The crowd seem to be enjoying Mada's choice of entrance music: Fighter Mode. Gajah Mada will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Frankies rushes Mada and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Mada's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Mada misses with the head strike.
Frankies blocks a body shot from Mada.
Mada stalling in the clinch but Frankies improves position.
Frankies pulls guard successfully.
Frankies bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Mada's guard.
Mada wants to control but Frankies passes easily into half guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Frankies working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Mada trying to control but Frankies flips him over like a cheap hooker and has his back!
Frankies is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.

Frankies has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Mada's body.
