With a record of 7 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jonny Picogram! The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Gregory Folan and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Picogram fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Man on the side of the head. It looks like Boxing Man has been cut. Picogram throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Donk. Picogram catches Man right on the button with a cross. Picogram fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Man misses with a straight right. Man slips under a jab from Picogram. Picogram does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. A big left from Picogram misses. A swing and a miss from Picogram. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Picogram dips to his left and cracks Man with an uppercut! Picogram throws a body shot but no joy. Picogram misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Man.

As Burroughs looks to move away, Lee throws a big counter combo but Burroughs just gets out of the way. Burroughs scores with a jab to the jaw. OByrne swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect. Hayden thows a leg kick but OByrne checks it and OByrne counters with an inside leg kick. OByrne misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Hayden has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. OByrne throws a hook to the side of Hayden's head but Hayden sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Hayden, as that shot connected.

Hayden shoots for a double leg takedown but OByrne sprawls well. He's pushed Hayden's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Joseph OByrne is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. OByrne throws a right and a left that Hayden avoids nicely. Hayden tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but OByrne was well out of range. Poor timing from Hayden. OByrne throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Hayden. Hayden turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Hayden looks to throw a body kick and OByrne counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. A low kick lands for Hayden.

Hayden tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but OByrne paws at him with a jab and circles away. OByrne jabbing away but nothing is landing. Hayden checks a leg kick. Clay Hayden seems to be getting the better of the standup. Hayden walks into a left hand.

Clay Hayden seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. OByrne takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Hayden lunges at OByrne with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by OByrne's hand. Hayden throws a leg kick which misses OByrne's front leg but catches the back leg as OByrne tries to avoid it. A low kick from Hayden misses and OByrne counters with a series of strikes. OByrne misses with a right hand and Hayden counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Hayden seems to have recovered his senses. OByrne's jab looks to have found its range, popping Hayden under the eye. OByrne is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight. OByrne feints with a jab and clips Hayden right behind the ear with a massive overhand right! Hayden is sent crashing into the canvas and OByrne leaps in for the kill! Hayden tries to get to his feet but OByrne is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that Hayden is in need of a savior and steps in!

Chan has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Nice shot by Chandler. Chandler throws a one two combo.
Chan throws a series of punches but Chandler moves out of range. Chandler lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Chandler. Chandler goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Chan misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Cotilla lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Cotilla ducks right into an uppercut from Takala. Oooooh!!! Cotilla has knocked Takala down with a huge combo! Cotilla steps away and waves a wobbly Takala back to his feet! This one might not go much longer! Takala is rocked! Cotilla throws a body shot but no joy. Oh Takala is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Takala get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Takala stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but Cotilla runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!

Dean bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Winks's head backwards. It looks like Harry Winks has been cut. Dean connects with a jab. Dean is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Winks. Dean fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Winks throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Winks jabbing away but nothing is landing. Dean throwing a counter right hand but Winks manages to avoid it. Winks misses with a looping right. Dean misses with a lunging right hand
and Winks makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Dean really felt that one! Winks pushes Dean away with a front kick. Horrible takedown attempt by Winks or perhaps it was just good defense by Dean, which made it look bad. Dean was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Winks has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Winks closes the distance and clinches up with Dean, looking for a takedown. Winks pushes Dean against the cage but Dean circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Winks shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Dean pinned against the cage. Dean gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Dean looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Brian Dean has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Harry Winks. Winks needs to keep his hands up - Dean had a free shot at his head there.

Winks changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Dean throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. A little jabbing left from Winks on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Dean jabs Winks to the body, keeping him at a distance. Dean scores with a body shot.
Dean feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Winks sprawling to the canvas! Winks rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Dean finish him?!
Winks is rocked! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Dean dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Winks is still on wobbly legs! Can Dean finish him? Winks looks winded! Winks gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Dean points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Winks wakes up just in time to hear Dean thank his coaches in the post fight interview.

Van Cleefe looks winded! Tiger dances in with a quick combination. Van Cleefe is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Tiger snaps Van Cleefe's head back. Van Cleefe stumbles backwards against the cage. Tiger steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Van Cleefe's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Van Cleefe just didn't come prepared.
