The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hanson misses with a takedown attempt
and Moghadam counters with an inside leg kick.
Hanson looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Moghadam cracks Hanson with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Moghadam has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Hanson to stand back up!
Hanson is rocked!
It looks like Rikkard Hanson has been cut.
Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. Moghadam engages and cracks Hanson with a massive lead left hook - Hanson tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! Moghadam is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!

Lapierre is trying to trip Lawson. He has hold of a leg but Lawson is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Lapierre persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jah Kid.

Undercard bout

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ikuma Arishima (ranked 787 p4p, 3183 weight class) and Alec Harvey (ranked 72 p4p, 266 weight class). Harvey has chosen I DONT KNOW HOW BUT THEY FOUND ME - Choke as his entrance music. Ikuma Arishima had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 146.3lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!
