The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Soto slips under a jab from Pérez.
Pérez bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

Pérez lunges at Soto with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Soto's hand.
Soto tries to clinch but Pérez moves away
letting Pérez counter with a right hand.
Pérez sizes up Soto with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Pérez keeps the fight on the outside.
Pérez throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Soto seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.

Pérez drops Soto with a beautiful combination! Soto stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Pérez is looking for the KO!

Soto is aggressively charging in as Pérez backs up avoiding any damage. Pérez tosses out a jab and Soto runs right into it face first! Soto is out cold! Pérez dropped down on all fours and is barking in Soto's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!
