Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 12 - 28 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jingky Bacolod! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 30 - 44 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bill Goldberg! The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Sosuke Kotani and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bacolod shoots in looking for a takedown but Goldberg manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Bacolod's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Bacolod looks for a takedown but Goldberg sprawls well. The fighters circling - Goldberg throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Goldberg misses with a left hand and Bacolod counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Goldberg throws an overhand right that lands on Bacolod's shoulder, as Bacolod tries to avoid the shot. Bacolod gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Goldberg counters with a stiff right hand. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jingky Bacolod. That's going to take a lot out of him. Bacolod misses with a takedown and Goldberg counters with a straight right hand. Our sources have told us that Bacolod has been working on his elbows in the gym. A head punch on the inside from Goldberg fails to land. Goldberg tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Goldberg tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Bacolod scores with a nice hook to the head. Goldberg misses with a short punch on the inside. Goldberg lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. Bacolod has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. Bacolod's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Bill Goldberg is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Goldberg jabs at Bacolod's body. Sloppy strikes from Goldberg. Those never looked like landing. Goldberg throws a body shot but no joy. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Bacolod sets himself and throws a head kick that knocks Goldberg to the ground! Bacolod dives into full mount looking to finish! And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Jingky Bacolod will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Goldberg throws a solid leg kick but Bacolod takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Goldberg. Bacolod half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. It looks like Bill Goldberg has been cut. Bill Goldberg seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Goldberg throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. No luck with that takedown attempt from Bacolod. Goldberg throws a poor cross that misses
and Bacolod counters with a crisp right that sends Goldberg to the canvas! Bacolod follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kangas misses with a looping right. Kangas with a nice calf kick. Filerup shoots in and gets a takedown into Kangas's guard. Filerup stands and steps away. Kangas gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Kangas jabs at Filerup's body. Kangas pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Kangas sets himself, and Filerup steps forward looking for the clinch! Kangas avoids it this time. Filerup shoots and misses and Kangas makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Kangas ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Filerup moves away. Filerup will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Filerup shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Kangas but Kangas pushes him off and we're back to square one. Tapani Kangas has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Immagunna Filerup. Filerup looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. It looked like Kangas wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Filerup moves out of range of the strikes. Kangas misses with a head kick.

Tapani Kangas dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. Filerup blocks a jab. Filerup rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kangas moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Kangas was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Filerup scoring well with a low kick there.
Filerup shoots in looking for a takedown. Kangas tries to sprawl out of it but Filerup keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kangas manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Kangas punishes Filerup's body with a nice straight punch. Kangas throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

Filerup tries for a takedown but Kangas circles away easily and Filerup takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Kangas scores with a nice strike. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sup is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Mfer. Mfer looks to land a left hand but Sup moved out of range nicely. Mfer walks into a jab. Mfer falls off balance throwing a combination
enabling Sup to counter with a crisp jab. Sup shoots for a takedown but Mfer saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Mfer misses with an uppercut. Mfer rushes Sup and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Sup turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Sup manages to end up in side control. Sup taking a breather here. Mfer dodges the ground and pound from Sup. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tragedy looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. We've been told by Boss's head coaches at Wolfpack Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Tragedy throws a sloppy head kick and Boss counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. It looks like Trage Tragedy has been cut. Good standup being displayed there by Boss as he connects with a hook. Tragedy swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Tragedy lands a glancing blow to the side of Boss's head. It looks like Bagel Boss has been cut. Tragedy on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
