Béliveau cracks Boo with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
It looks like David Boo has been cut.
Béliveau uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Boo has time to react.
Béliveau fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Boo to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Boo looks to clinch but Béliveau throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Boo taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!

Slinger's coach down at Crapollas Gym was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Slinger's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Dee cracks Slinger with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Dee throws a hook but Slinger avoids it easily.
Horrible takedown attempt by Slinger or perhaps it was just good defense by Dee, which made it look bad.

No luck for Slinger with that takedown attempt.
Klay Dee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Patrick Slinger.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Slinger throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Dee tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Slinger is in Dee's guard.
Slinger throws an elbow that misses. Dee uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Slinger's guard. Nice move by Dee!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Slinger has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Dee is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Slinger.
