The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Spooner rushes Nguyen and presses him up against the cage.
Spooner doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

McKenna throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Banchamek counters with a solid body kick.
Banchamek misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Banchamek throws a head kick that half lands.
McKenna shoots in looking for a takedown. Banchamek tries to sprawl out of it but McKenna keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Banchamek manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
McKenna changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Banchamek tries to avoid it but McKenna manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Banchamek to the ground. Banchamek escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Banchamek appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
