The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling each other endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.
Petrosyan attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Kaminski half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.

Petrosyan might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Kaminski haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Kaminski has his foot on Petrosyan's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Petrosyan works his way back into a safe position though.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Dariusz Kaminski.

Hussin is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Hussin gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Hussin gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Hussin apologises and we restart here on the feet.
