Shakespeare shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Lasner eats them both and turns towards Shakespeare to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
It looks like Burk Lasner has been cut.
No luck for Lasner with that takedown attempt.
Shakespeare tries to score with a low kick but Lasner moves his leg out of the way.
Lasner moves in looking to clinch but Shakespeare pushes him off.
Lasner defending well as Shakespeare loads up on a big left hand.

Shakespeare throws a shot from downtown. Lasner moves away and avoids it.
Shakespeare cracks Lasner's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Lasner slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before Shakespeare can do further damage! This one is done, son!

Banner scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Begaye moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Begaye has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Begaye's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Banner connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Begaye scrambles back to his feet.
Banner scores with the left hand. Begaye knows he should have avoided that one.
Banner cracks Begaye with a right hand to the side of the head.

Begaye looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Begaye throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.

Begaye stuffs the takedown attempt from Banner. Banner gets slowly back to his feet.
Begaye changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Banner comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Banner fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

Banner clinches up with Begaye and pushes him back against the cage.
Begaye goes for a takedown attempt but Banner pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Banner clobbers Begaye with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Banner slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Begaye takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Banner pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Begaye back to the cage. Banner follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

It looks like Ngannou Jones has been cut.
Jones shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Anito but Anito pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Anito pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Anito gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Jones to score an easy takedown into full guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Anito wants to sweep here but Jones controlling him for the moment.
