The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Golles closes the distance but Smith moves to the side and Smith counters with a takedown into side control. Smith slows the pace down. Lui keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Jameison's head. Lui might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Lui cracks Jameison with a solid left hand. Jameison wants to hit a sweep here but Lui passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Jameison there! Jameison wants to hold on but Lui pushes him away. Lui with shots to the head and body - Jameison looks very uncomfortable down there. Lui tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Jameison is in all sorts of trouble here.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Lui is adopting a defensive guard.
