Jacobsen loads up on a big right hand but Maluga slips the punch.
Jacobsen misses with a few strikes there.
A quick step to the side and Maluga tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.

Maluga keeps Jacobsen at a distance using the push kick.
Jacobsen has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Maluga fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Jacobsen looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Jacobsen walks into a straight right hand from Maluga.
Jacobsen takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Jacobsen has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Maluga.

Maluga is throwing a storm of strikes! Right hook, left hook and follows it up with a spinning back fist! Jacobsen hits the canvas like a rag doll! And just like that, this one is over!

Sobaka lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Sobaka ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Power moves away.
Power fails with the takedown.

Power misses with a takedown attempt - Sobaka sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Sobaka tries to counter with a takedown but Power is quick to defend against it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Power has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Sobaka looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Sobaka stuffs the takedown attempt from Power. Power gets slowly back to his feet.
Dobroi Sobaka has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pagen Power.

Power closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

and Power counters with a single leg into guard. Sobaka didn't expect that.

Power drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Power jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Sobaka had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Power defends it easily.
Power passes easily into side control. Nice work.

Sobaka sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.

Power is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Sobaka defends it well.
Sobaka wants to control but Power is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Power looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Power is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Shigematsu is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Oneill doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Shigematsu crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Shigematsu's bad books for that mishap!
