Ship shoots in but Karter avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Ship drops back looking for a leg! Karter is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Karter manages to kick Ship off! Ship jumps back into Karter's guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Lamar Karter will probably get the nod.

Ship seems to have locked his on tight now - Karter screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Ship, as he picks up the win!
