The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Araujo shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Bebok's guard.

Araujo thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Bebok can't keep his opponent in guard - Araujo advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Araujo is pressing down on Bebok's thigh, looking to free his foot. Bebok is holding on for now.
Araujo has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Araujo quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Araujo but it's paid off an Bebok is forced to tap! Nice work by Araujo.

Patryk looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Mazepin!
Mazepin is looking to regain half guard here but Patryk keeps moving and retains side control.
Patryk definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Patryk's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

It looks like Fedor Mazepin has been cut.

Mazepin is fighting off a takedown attempt but Patryk is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Mazepin to the mat. Mazepin regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Mazepin is looking to stand back up but Patryk counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Mazepin.

Patryk is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Mazepin is just riding it out for now. Patryk eventually gives up the hold.

Patryk is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Mazepin has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Patryk has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Mazepin taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Patryk doesn't care though - he's delighted!

Bjurstrom uses his free foot to push down on Campbell's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Campbell.

Mantzurin's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Anstey connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Mantzurin scrambles back to his feet.

Mantzurin tries to get to his feet but Anstey is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that Mantzurin is in need of a savior and steps in!

Tarlah dives in and grabs Shima's left leg, looking for a takedown. Shima pushes down on Tarlah's head and hops out.
Tarlah ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Shima moves away.
Tarlah takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Shima connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Shima misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Shima throws a right and a left that both miss.
Shima throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Tarlah dives in and grabs Shima's left leg, looking for a takedown. Shima pushes down on Tarlah's head and hops out.
Shima throws a nice looking combination but Tarlah bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Tarlah doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.

Shima darts in and clinches Tarlah up against the cage.
Tarlah is looking for a takedown.
Tetsuo Shima has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Balink Tarlah.

Shima escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Tarlah dives in for a single leg takedown but Shima sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Tarlah shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Shima defends it nicely.
Tarlah throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Shima's waist but Shima gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Tarlah off to one side.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Tarlah tries to break the clinch but Shima is controlling the position.

Tarlah's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Tarlah drops down looking for an ankle pick but Shima pulls his leg out and moves away.
Shima is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Shima drops Tarlah with a beautiful combination! Tarlah stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Shima is looking for the KO!
Tarlah is rocked!
It looks like Balink Tarlah has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Shima misses with the combination.
Tarlah is still on wobbly legs! Can Shima finish him?
Tarlah fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Shima avoids it really well and circles away.
Shima cracks Tarlah with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Tarlah tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Shima pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Tarlah is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Hall closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Hall works his foot free and advances to mount.
Nastula tries to reverse the position but Hall maintains control.
Nastula really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hall. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Hall working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Nastula turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Hall off and cradles Nastula's limp body as Hall celebrates with his corner.

Soares swats away the attempt to clinch by Pfanne.
Soares avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
It looked like Soares was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Pfanne.
Pfanne shoots in for a double leg but Soares sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Soares looks to land a combination but Pfanne avoids it well.
Pfanne swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Nice cross by Soares.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Pfanne.
Soares throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Pfanne.
Soares swings for the body but Pfanne moves out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Pfanne misses with a left hand
and Soares counters with a stiff right hand.
Soares scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Pfanne avoids the body shot from Soares.
Pfanne doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Pfanne fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Soares avoids it really well and circles away.
