With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Eddie Odom! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Yevgeny Prigozhin! The judges for this bout are Ben Hemmingworth, John Mangel and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A looping hook to the body misses from Odom. Prigozhin does a little dance to reset his feet. Prigozhin looks to land a body kick but Odom moved away. It looked like Odom wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Odom lands a nice looking body shot.
A head kick misses from Prigozhin. Odom with a nice cross. Odom checks a low kick from Prigozhin. A lazy body kick from Prigozhin and Odom counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Prigozhin pulls out of a head kick attempt.

With a record of 4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, James Smith! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 6 - 7 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Hotsi Log! The judges for this bout are Ron Honeybunn, Bruno Hogan and Topper Green.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Smith shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Log is trying to defend but Smith finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Smith takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Log felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it. Smith decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet. Log gets a double leg takedown into Smith's guard. Log has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Smith is proving hard to escape from. Smith definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Smith keeping full guard, as Log tries to pass. Log working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Log throws a big right hand that misses. Log stands up from guard. Let's bang! Excellent takedown into side control there by Log.
That's one minute gone in the round. Log decides to stand up, so the ref orders Smith to his feet. Log closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Smith did well to prevent Log getting side control. Smith blocking the ground and pound attempt from Log. Log is looking to stand up but he'll have to free his leg first. Instead, Smith manages to get to full guard. Log throws an elbow that misses. Smith uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Log's guard. Nice move by Smith!
Smith stands up from Log's guard - Smith perhaps looking for a knockout. Log decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Smith keeping hold of Log's head, controlling as best he can. Smith is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Log throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Log missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Log is trying to control the action in half guard but Smith is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Log not landing any meaningful shots this time.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Smith is doing well to control the position and prevent Log from advancing to side control. Log passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Smith! Smith manages to regain half guard whilst avoiding the strikes. Log looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Smith keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Log thows a huge punch but Smith dodges it nicely.
Smith might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Log tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Smith. Log throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Log sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Smith defending well though. Log not landing any meaningful shots this time. He catches Smith napping and manages to drive through into side control! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! The strikes coming from Log are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Log sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Smith is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Log stands up and beckons Smith to his feet. Smith tries for a takedown but Log sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for James Smith. That's going to take a lot out of him. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Smith stands and steps away. Log gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Excellent takedown into side control there by Smith.

The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Log has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Smith lands a big elbow. Smith cracks Log with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

James Smith overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Smith is landing with strikes from the back. Log is trying to get back to his feet but Smith has full control of the position and if anything, Log has just worked his way into a worse spot. Smith lands a punch to the side of the head from the back. Log is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.

Log is looking to stand back up but Smith counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Log.

That's going to take a lot out of him. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Log lands with a kick to the temple. Smith shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Log throws a head kick that half lands.
Log takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Excellent takedown into side control there by Smith. Smith is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Log is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Smith takes a little break here. Log wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well. Smith stands up and beckons Log to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Smith goes for a double leg but Log avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Log continues to drive forward. Log throws a counter combo. Log lands a nice elbow. Log escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Smith enables Log to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Smith manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Smith is adopting a defensive guard. Smith wants to sweep but no luck. Log decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Smith, up you get!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Smith closes this distance looking for a takedown but Log circles away. A nice combination there by Log.
Smith takes a kick to the side of the head. Log feints and then cracks Smith's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Smith down. Log stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Log wants it to stay on the feet. Log scores with a head kick. Smith tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time. Log closes the distance and clinches. Smith is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Log is defending well.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Simpson throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Dekkers sees it coming and avoids it easily. Simpson scores with a jab to the body. Dekkers stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Simpson. Simpson throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
It looked like Dekkers was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Dekkers tries to clinch up but Simpson circles away and keeps his distance. Dekkers wants to land a leg kick but Simpson is out of range. A left lands for Simpson. Simpson lands with a good body shot. Dekkers takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Simpson lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Simpson tries to land a front kick but Dekkers steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Dekkers tries to clinch there but Simpson circles away.
Dekkers looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that. Simpson stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Simpson throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Dekkers is rocked! Dekkers wants to clinch but Simpson slips to the side and Simpson counters with a one-two to the body. Oh Dekkers is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:12 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Asher Simpson! Asher Simpson spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.

We've been informed that Pasti has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Pasti tries to throw a body punch but Zimmerman avoids it by throwing Pasti back against the cage. Zimmerman misses with a punch on the inside.

With a record of 9 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tommy Chong Jr! The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Darius Henderson and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A combination from Walker does no damage. Walker steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Chong Jr. Walker swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Chong Jr shoots for a takedown but Walker saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Walker swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Pogie pushes a forearm under Noda's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Noda is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Leonard Norton! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 15 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Luke Ridley! The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Summer Carpenter and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Norton stuns Ridley with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. A jab from Norton misses. Norton throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Ridley throws a body punch but Norton moves out of range. Ridley walks into a stiff left hand from Norton. Ridley waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Norton. Norton misses the body punch and Ridley counters by moving into the clinch. A head punch blocked on the inside by Ridley. Norton misses with a punch on the inside.
Ridley misses with a shot to the kidneys.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ridley tries to work over Norton's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Ridley tries to throw a body punch but Norton avoids it by throwing Ridley back against the cage. Norton tries to circle away but Ridley has him pinned against the cage. Norton misses with some punches.
Norton pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Ridley throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Norton connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Ridley momentarily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Norton slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Norton misses with a looping left. Leonard Norton is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Norton fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Ridley manages to avoid it. Ridley avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Ridley misses with a body punch
and Norton makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Ridley scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Norton doesn't seem bothered though. Norton fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Ridley looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Ridley fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Norton manages to avoid it. Ridley throws a jab but it's blocked by Norton. Norton swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect. Left hook, right uppercut from Ridley. Ridley throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Norton counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Ridley rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Norton cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Ridley has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Ridley dives in for a single leg takedown but Norton sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Norton throwing a counter right hand but Ridley manages to avoid it. Ridley connects with a body shot that sends Norton's belly button to the back. Luke Ridley seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ridley uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Norton.
Norton takes a swing at Ridley's ribcage but misses. Good standup being displayed there by Norton as he connects with a hook. Norton scores with a jab to the head.
Ridley is rocked! BOOM! Norton lands a beautiful left hook that drops Ridley. Ridley tries to recover but Norton is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Ridley lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!

With a record of 17 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jaylen Stout! The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Winston Howard and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chavez fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Stout is out of range. Chavez ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Stout looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Chavez thows a left - swing and a miss! Stout throws a jab when Chavez was well out of range. Chavez tries to counter by clinching up but Stout breaks away and moves out of range. Stout lands a right hook to the body.
Chavez slips a jab from Stout. Stout throws a hook but Chavez blocks it. Stout slips a straight right by Chavez. Stout steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Chavez. Stout misses with an uppercut. Chavez misses with a low kick.
Stout keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Stout throws a jab when Chavez was well out of range. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Chavez lands a leg kick that knocks Stout off balance momentarily. Chavez rushes Stout and presses him up against the cage. Stout pulls guard. Stout looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Chavez got a little sloppy there for a moment and Stout has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Chavez has managed to get both his arms back between Stout's legs - danger averted. Stout working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Chavez doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Chavez manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Stout is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Chavez pushes down on Stout's leg and manages to get into half guard. Chavez throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Chavez definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Stout gets back to full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Chavez won't allow Stout to sweep him here. Chavez pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Stout is keeping the position for now. Chavez throwing strikes from guard but Stout blocks nicely. Chavez postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Stout is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Chavez frees his head nicely. Oh but Stout has switched to an armbar! Chavez is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
