Coming up we have a middleweight kickboxing rules bout between Ezequiel Campos (ranked 4489 p4p, 4067 weight class) and Melatonin Malik (ranked 420 p4p, 392 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Campos might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Fumafu. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Malik moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Campos throws a looping overhand right but Malik ducks down to avoid it.
Nice body kick from Malik.
Malik throws a hook but Campos blocks it.
Campos cracks Malik with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
It looks like Melatonin Malik has been cut.
Campos seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Campos scores with a jab to the head.
Campos loads up on a big right hand but Malik slips the punch.
Campos lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Malik circles away quickly and effectively.
Malik throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Malik ducks into a a hook from Campos and goes down! He looks in a bit of a mess; will he beat the count?! 4,5,6,7,8 - he's up and looking to carry on! The referee looks into his eyes and sees that he's OK to continue!
This has been an exciting period of action!

and Campos counters with a perfect left hook, dropping Malik to the canvas. He tries to get back up quickly but his equilibrium is all over the place! He's up... he's back down again! There's no need for a count as the referee calls off the bout!

Keita tries to move into range but Reed moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Well Kezman has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
