These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Mateo Sawyer! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Colby Koscheck! The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Jeff Smith and Josh West.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sawyer throws a body kick despite being completely out of range and Koscheck connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Koscheck lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Sawyer gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Koscheck lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Koscheck's corner calls for a 1-2. Koscheck obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Koscheck has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Sawyer finds it's way round the side to connect with Koscheck's head. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Koscheck ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Sawyer moves away. Koscheck looks to score with a jab to the body but Sawyer is just out of range. Sawyer is looking to counter punch. Sawyer throws a head kick that misses. Sawyer moves in looking to clinch but Koscheck pushes him off. Mateo Sawyer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Koscheck throws out a token jab with nothing on it. No joy there for Sawyer, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Sawyer pivots, looking for a leg kick but Koscheck is out of range and Sawyer settles back down. Sawyer moves out of range as Koscheck strikes. Sawyer thows a body kick. Koscheck tries to catch it but that hurt him. Koscheck shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Sawyer throws a head kick that misses. Sawyer throws a right hand that Koscheck ducks under and follows up with a left that Koscheck also avoids with ease.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sawyer moves out of range as Koscheck strikes. Sawyer missing with a left hand there. Koscheck was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Sawyer on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Nice defenses there by Sawyer. Sawyer is looking to counter punch. Some wild striking there from Sawyer.
Sawyer is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Koscheck throws a shot to the body.
Sawyer throws a big shot that misses. Koscheck lunges at Sawyer with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Sawyer's hand. Koscheck lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! A nice combination there by Sawyer.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Koscheck connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Koscheck is still on wobbly legs! Can Sawyer finish him? The crowd cheers as Koscheck lands an impressive looking overhand right. Sawyer doesn't seem phased though. Koscheck seems to have recovered his senses. Sawyer takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Koscheck is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Sawyer had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into mush. Koscheck walks into a jab. Sawyer lands a glancing blow to the side of Koscheck's head. Sawyer keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Sawyer throws a head kick that misses. Koscheck looks like he wants to counter punch here. Koscheck takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Sawyer throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Nice defenses there by Koscheck. Sawyer drops Koscheck with a beautiful combination! Koscheck stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Sawyer is looking for the KO! BOOM! Sawyer lands a beautiful left hook that drops Koscheck. Koscheck tries to recover but Sawyer is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Koscheck lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Flores rushes Faulkner and presses him up against the cage. Faulkner working hard to break the clinch. Flores keeps control of Faulkner as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Faulkner is trying to break the clinch but Flores is controlling him. Faulkner wants a takedown.

Faulkner is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. A frustrated look appears on Faulkner's face as he tries to break the clinch. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kramer closes the distance and clinches. Prawira is trying to pull guard but Kramer has him pressed against the cage. Kramer struggles to land a body shot inside as Prawira controls his hands.

Kramer stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. Kramer is trying to push Prawira away but Prawira has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Kramer prevents a takedown attempt there.
Devyn Kramer has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jaka Prawira. Prawira jumps guard and drags Kramer to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Kramer wanted to stand there but Prawira had control of the position. Kramer wants to control from the top but Prawira keeps moving. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Prawira keeping full guard, as Kramer tries to pass. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kramer is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Prawira has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Kramer is looking to defend but Prawira has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Kramer! Prawira pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Kramer taps out and this one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rinderknecht takes one to the chin there. Rinderknecht drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. One Sub tries to buck Rinderknecht off but Rinderknecht is having none of it. Rinderknecht prevents One Sub from escaping the position. Rinderknecht is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. Rinderknecht landing a few strikes. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. One Sub is looking for a sweep. Rinderknecht prevents One Sub from escaping the position. Rinderknecht is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but One Sub is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. One Sub is letting Rinderknecht control him for a moment.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. One Sub is trying to improve his position. Rinderknecht slows the pace down.

Rinderknecht postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Rinderknecht is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. We've been informed that One Sub has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. Rinderknecht moves out of range as One Sub strikes. Rinderknecht uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by One Sub.

That's one minute gone in the round. One Sub swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Rinderknecht uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from One Sub. One Sub gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. One Sub lands with a shot to the body. One Sub throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Rinderknecht seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. One Sub misses the jab. Donk. One Sub catches Rinderknecht right on the button with a cross. One Sub jabs Rinderknecht to the body, keeping him at a distance. Rinderknecht keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Rinderknecht drops down looking for a counter takedown but One Sub sprawls and moves away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rinderknecht pushes One Sub up against the cage in a clinch. One Sub lands with a right to the head. One Sub tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Rinderknecht just stands there and leans against the cage. One Sub throws a punch but it's blocked by Rinderknecht. One Sub tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Rinderknecht smiles and moves away.
One Sub has been the more effective fighter overall so far. One Sub lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. One Sub throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Rinderknecht closes the distance and pushes One Sub back into the cage. One Sub can't get the takedown.

Rinderknecht has good solid back control here. One Sub rolls, trying to escape but Rinderknecht keeps control of the position.
Rinderknecht has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of One Sub's body.

Rinderknecht has One Sub flattened out and is raining down punches. The referee is taking a good look at One Sub as he is on the wrong end of some big shots from Rinderknecht!

One Punch One Sub showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rinderknecht avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. One Sub actively working from the bottom here. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Rinderknecht connects with a nice short shot to One Sub's temple. Rinderknecht is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. One Sub wants to get back to full guard. Rinderknecht moves into full mount! One Sub won't be happy about that! Rinderknecht lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rinderknecht fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

One Sub tries to lock up and control but Rinderknecht gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. One Sub is trying to reverse the position but instead Rinderknecht has taken his back - oops! Rinderknecht biding his time, controlling One Sub. One Sub wants to escape the position.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Rinderknecht really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for One Sub. Rinderknecht keeps control of the position as One Sub tries to break free.
And that's the end of the fight! Albert Rinderknecht showed his dominance in that final round. I think Rinderknecht has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Tavernelli's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! A nice left hand lands by Hunt.
