Tanaka closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Fisher did well to prevent Tanaka getting side control.
Fisher really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Tanaka is trying to work for a kimura but Fisher is defending well.
Fisher on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Fisher tries to get out of the position.
Tanaka seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

Price's coach down at Outlier Martial Arts New York was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Price's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Price bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Price misses with a takedown attempt - Rodney sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Rodney works the jab nicely.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Price.
Price looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Rodney is fending him off so far but Price persists. Nope, Rodney circles away and we're back to standing.
Derek Rodney has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Clayton Price.
