Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ernesto Wiggins (ranked 2404 p4p, 5042 weight class) and Conrad Frost (ranked 232 p4p, 406 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Conrad Frost! The judges for this bout are William Peck, Alec Ball and Elvis Blanc.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jab from Wiggins. Frost throws an off balance right hand
and Wiggins counters with a straight right hand. Wiggins ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Frost slips under a jab. Frost looks to throw the jab but Wiggins is out of range. Wiggins cracks Frost with an open hand slap. Wiggins keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Frost. Wiggins definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Frost misses with a hook. Wiggins swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. A swing and a miss from Frost. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Frost misses with an uppercut

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Frost lunges at Wiggins with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Wiggins's hand. Frost scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Wiggins doesn't seem bothered though. Wiggins throws a lazy uppercut

and Wiggins counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Frost thinking. Wiggins takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Oh Wiggins is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Frost rushes in with a sloppy looking punch

Frost unleashes a big counter combination but Wiggins bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Frost connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Frost throws a hook to the side of Wiggins's head but Wiggins sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. A combination from Frost does no damage. Sheppard is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Katsuhito has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Trials Of Fortitude in the buildup to the fight. Sheppard swings and misses with a shot to the body and Katsuhito counters with a left and a right that stings Sheppard. Sheppard stuns Katsuhito with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Katsuhito throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Sheppard feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Katsuhito is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Katsuhito is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Sheppard defends well. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Sheppard cracks Katsuhito with a solid left hand. Katsuhito trying to keep a closed guard but Sheppard is proving a slippery customer.

 That's five minutes gone in the round. Sheppard lands a couple of decent looking shots. Sheppard connects with a couple of short punches. Sheppard trying to control the position from guard on top but Katsuhito is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Sheppard distracts Katsuhito with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Katsuhito is trying to control the position but Sheppard postures up. Sheppard is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Sheppard got a little sloppy there for a moment and Katsuhito has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Rex Tremors! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 14 - 15 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bing Bang! The judges for this bout are William Peck, Elvis Blanc and Gregory Folan.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tremors pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Bang flicks out a counter leg kick but Tremors steps away. An inside leg kick from Bang misses. Tremors swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. A nice leg kick from Bang, right into the meat of the thigh.
Tremors looks to land a right hand but Bang moved out of range. Bang walks into a straight right hand from Tremors. Tremors takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Bang fakes the leg kick and cracks Tremors in the body. Bang throws the left hand but Tremors avoids the punch easily. Tremors takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Bang lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Bang tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Tremors paws at him with a jab and circles away. Bang fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Tremors. Bang looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Bang throws a low kick but it's checked well by Tremors. Tremors was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

Bang shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Tremors napping and manages to drive through into side control! We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Bang is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Tremors has escaped the position, nice work there. Bang is looking to take a break and control but Tremors is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Bang laying and praying for a moment but Tremors takes advantage and regains half guard.

Bang has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at NYC Fight Club. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one. Bang is nestled in close to Tremors, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Tremors keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.

Bang drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bang accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Bang trying to control the position from guard on top but Tremors is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Bang throws an elbow that misses. Tremors uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Bang's guard. Nice move by Tremors!

Tremors decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Bang feints and then cracks Tremors's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Tremors down. Bang swings and misses with a hook to the body.

 That's five minutes gone in the round. Bang moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Bang misses with a combination
and Tremors connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Bang is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Tremors fires out a quick counter leg kick but Bang just manages to avoid it. Bang throws a jab when Tremors was well out of range. Bang checks a leg kick. Bang throws a body punch but Tremors moves out of range. Bang throws a predictable looking body shot
and Tremors counters with a nice body shot. Bang is looking to slow Tremors down with leg kicks. Bang fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Tremors looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Bing Bang seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bang misses with a takedown attempt and Tremors counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Bang throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Tremors on the side of the head.
 That's six minutes gone in the round. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Bang fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Tremors manages to avoid it. Bang throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Tremors throws a counter high kick but Bang was just alert enough to avoid it. The fight stays on the outside here - Bang looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Bang throws a leg kick but Tremors moved away. Bang takes a swing at Tremors's ribcage but misses. Tremors takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Tremors sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Bang shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Tremors's guard. Bang wants to control from the top but Tremors keeps moving.
 That's seven minutes gone in the round. Bang throws an elbow that misses. Tremors uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Bang's guard. Nice move by Tremors!
Tremors trying to control but Bang is working from the bottom. Tremors knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Bang on the ground. Tremors controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Bang is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Tremors defends well. Bang wants to sweep but no luck. Tremors wants to get up but he can't break Bang's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Tremors has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Bang throws the left hand but Tremors avoids the punch easily. Tremors takes one on the chin but seems OK.

Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Bang rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Tremors counters with a nice body shot. Tremors throws a nice looking combination but Bang bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Bang throws a half hearted mid kick.

Bang drops back, looking for a kneebar! Tremors looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Tremors looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Tremors!

Tremors has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Bang wants to slow Tremors down by chopping away at his legs. Bang takes a swing at Tremors's ribcage but misses. Bang misses with a wild body shot. Bang looks to land a combination but Tremors avoids it well. It looked like Tremors wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Tremors has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Bang. Tremors fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Bang. Bang dives in for a single leg takedown but Tremors sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Bang blocks a head kick by Tremors.
Bang looks to score with a jab to the body but Tremors is just out of range. Tremors seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Bang lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
