Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 12 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, John Wesley Hardin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 28 - 22 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, KT Panda! The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Shigeki Sano and Shirou Masuda.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hardin throws a big shot that misses. Panda throws a good cross that connects.
Hardin throws a looping overhand right but Panda ducks down to avoid it. Hardin takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Panda with a hook. Panda lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. An inside leg kick lands from Panda. Panda will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Panda throws a hook but Hardin avoids it easily. Panda lands with a shot to the body. Panda misses with a head kick.

KT Panda seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hardin tries to move into range but Panda moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Panda blocks the body kick.
We've been told by Hardin's head coaches at Tokyo All-Stars that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Panda throws out a token jab with nothing on it. It appears Hardin was looking to counter with a kick there. Panda tries to clinch there but Hardin circles away.

Hardin sizes up Panda with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Panda throws a leg kick but Hardin sees it coming and checks it nicely. Hardin throws a hook but Panda avoids it easily. Hardin steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Panda. Panda closes the distance but Hardin moves to the side and Panda takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

They are putting on a show! Panda throws a body shot but no joy. We've been informed that Panda has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. A jab from Panda finds it's way through Hardin's defenses. Panda moves out of range as Hardin strikes. Panda tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Hardin was well out of range. Poor timing from Panda. Panda swings away with a body shot that misses
and Hardin counters with a stiff right hand. Panda throws a leg kick which misses Hardin's front leg but catches the back leg as Hardin tries to avoid it. Hardin throws an off balance right hand
and Panda counters with a slapping leg kick. Panda throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. A big right from Panda misses.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Hardin keeps the fight on the outside. Hardin loads up on a big right hand but Panda slips the punch. Panda doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter. Panda connects with a looping right hand.
Hardin has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Panda finds it's way round the side to connect with Hardin's head. Panda looks to clinch and Hardin connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Hardin ducks under a wild hook from Panda. Hardin misses with an uppercut
and Hardin takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Hardin misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Panda.

Panda scores with a one two! Hardin had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Panda throws a leg kick that is checked and Hardin counters with a straight right hand. Panda moves away from the strike by Hardin. Panda ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Panda throws a lazy head kick and Hardin counters with a stiff right hand. Panda swings for the body but Hardin moves out of range.
Panda finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Hardin was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Hardin is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. Hardin throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
KT Panda dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

Panda throws an overhand right that lands on Hardin's shoulder, as Hardin tries to avoid the shot. And Hardin counters with a quick kick to the body but Panda blocks it. Panda throws out a powerful jab. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Hardin blocks a leg kick. Hardin is looking to counter with a shot to the body. Panda swings widly with a right hand
and Hardin cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Hardin pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Hardin walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Hardin uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Panda.
Hardin's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Panda connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Hardin scrambles back to his feet. A jab from Panda finds it's way through Hardin's defenses.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Hardin looks to score with a jab to the body but Panda is just out of range. Hardin takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Panda swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Panda wants to clinch but Hardin slips to the side and Hardin counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. It looks like KT Panda has been cut. Panda takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Panda is still on wobbly legs! Can Hardin finish him? Panda is breathing heavily. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Hardin. Hardin is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Hardin lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Panda at a distance.
Panda seems to have recovered his senses. Hardin looks to throw the jab but Panda is out of range. Panda moves out of range as Hardin throws a body kick.
Panda throws a leg kick that is checked letting Hardin counter with a right hand. Panda throws a jab when Hardin was well out of range. Hardin cracks Panda on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Panda falls backwards against the cage. Hardin follows up with more strikes that drop Panda to his knees. Hardin keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Panda! This one is all over!

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Joe Jr pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Joe Jr ducks right into an uppercut from Action. Joe Jr uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Action. Action fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Joe Jr has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Action throws an off balance right hand
and Joe Jr counters with a nice body shot. Joe Jr misses with the combination.

Joe Jr fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Action manages to avoid it. Joe Jr avoids the head kick by Action.

Joe Jr's coach down at The Purpose Martial Arts Academy was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Joe Jr's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Action misses with a leg kick and Joe Jr counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Joe Jr scores with a crisp jab that stopped Action in his tracks. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Action thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Joe Jr if he has to take too many more of those.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Action lands with an uppercut that bounces Joe Jr off the cage and back into range. Action clobbers Joe Jr with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Beckley throws a sloppy head kick and Mcgee moves out of range easily. Mcgee is looking to counter with a shot to the body. Mcgee tried to score with a low kick but Beckley checks it. Beckley moves out of range of the strikes. Mcgee stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Benson Beckley seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Beckley bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. A swing and a miss from Beckley. A looping hook to the body misses from Mcgee. Beckley does a little dance to reset his feet. Mcgee lands a front kick. Beckley takes a body punch but keeps moving. Beckley has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Decent striking displayed by Beckley there. Mcgee takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Mcgee uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Beckley.

He's just covering up as Mcgee starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Valdenius looks to land a right hand but Louis moved out of range. Valdenius fails with a takedown attempt. Louis has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Louis, as that shot connected.
Valdenius with a hook. Nice shot by Louis. Louis throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Valdenius throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Louis sees it coming and avoids it easily. Louis now looks to counter with a shot at the body. Louis takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
A swing and a miss from Louis. Valdenius attempts a counter takedown but Louis avoids it well and moves away. Louis feints a jab promting Valdenius to slip. Louis then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Valdenius slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Valdenius avoids the body shot from Louis.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Valdenius frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Valdenius tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Valdenius seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Louis for as long as he can get away with. Louis has given up his back. Will we see Valdenius going for some submissions?

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kallio throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Minoru Ii darts in looking for a takedown but Kallio gets double underhooks and turns Minoru Ii into the cage. Minoru Ii drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Kallio escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Minoru Ii fails with the takedown enabling Kallio to counter with a crisp jab. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kohinata Minoru Ii. That's going to take a lot out of him. Minoru Ii fails with a takedown attempt. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Kallio! But no joy. Nice defenses there by Minoru Ii. Kallio misses with a hook. Minoru Ii ducked under it nicely. Minoru Ii checks a low kick from Kallio. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Minoru Ii closes the distance but Kallio moves to the side and Kallio counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Kallio's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Kallio bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Minoru Ii's head. Minoru Ii tries to close the distance and clinch but Kallio swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Kallio throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Nice uppercut lands for Kallio. That snapped Minoru Ii's head back.

and Minoru Ii counters with a two punch combo. Minoru Ii looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Kallio avoids the head kick by Minoru Ii.

Kohinata Minoru Ii has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Minoru Ii misses with an attempted mid kick.

Kersikov looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Bandit with a short hammerfist. Barbosa has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Barbosa scores with a jab to the jaw. A head kick misses from Wick. John Wick seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Barbosa missing with a left hand there. Wick was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Barbosa lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Barbosa cracks Wick with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Barbosa has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Wick to stand back up!
Wick is rocked! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Barbosa throws an uppercut from hell that sends Wick clean off his feet! He's out cold! Barbosa stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.
