Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jaxson Munro! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mario Simbolon! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Colin Fotheringham and Steven Brown.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Munro tries to close the distance and clinch but Simbolon swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Munro slips under a jab. Munro seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. Munro has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Munro there as he acknowledges the shot. Munro throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Munro steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Simbolon. Munro lands with a cross. Simbolon throws a shot to the body.
Jab, jab by Simbolon - just one landing. Simbolon stuns Munro with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Simbolon scoring well with a low kick there.
Munro lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
It looks like Mario Simbolon has been cut. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Munro swings and misses with a hook to the body.
The fighters circling - Simbolon throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Simbolon misses with a wild body shot. Munro feinted with a counter takedown. Sloppy strikes from Munro. Those never looked like landing. And Simbolon tries to counter it with a takedown but Munro pushes his down on his head and steps out. Jab by Munro. Mario Simbolon is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Munro moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Munro defending well as Simbolon loads up on a big left hand. Simbolon throws a combination. Munro tries to block but a couple of punches get through. A big left from Simbolon misses. Munro lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Simbolon wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Munro tries to land a body kick and Simbolon counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Simbolon works Munro's body with a nice hook. Munro misses with an uppercut. Simbolon saw that one coming. Simbolon looks to land a left hand but Munro moved out of range nicely. Munro lands a jab to Simbolon's midsection. Simbolon getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Munro misses with a looping left. Simbolon clobbers Munro with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Simbolon misses with a looping right. Munro throws a looping overhand right but Simbolon ducks down to avoid it. Simbolon connects with a nice looking jab.

Munro closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Simbolon manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Munro seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

Munro lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Simbolon missing with punches from the bottom.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Simbolon can do anything to dispel that myth. Munro blocks the strikes from Simbolon.

Simbolon is refusing to be controlled, as Munro sits in half guard. Simbolon tries to kick Munro off but Munro keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
 The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Simbolon moves into range and connects with a jab. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Munro takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Munro's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Simbolon connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Munro scrambles back to his feet. Simbolon connects with a solid leg kick. Simbolon with a nice calf kick. Munro takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Mario Simbolon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Munro tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Simbolon swivels and escapes. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jaxson Munro. That's going to take a lot out of him. Munro keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Simbolon. Munro throws a lazy right hand but Simbolon sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Simbolon feints a counter leg kick. Oh Munro is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! This has been an exciting period of action! Munro fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Simbolon lands with a straight right. Munro didn't see that one coming. Munro looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.

and Munro counters with a straight right hand. Munro seems to have got his legs back now. Munro takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Horrible takedown attempt by Munro or perhaps it was just good defense by Simbolon, which made it look bad.
Munro closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Munro thows a huge punch but Simbolon dodges it nicely.
Simbolon wants to control but Munro is keeping busy and won't allow it. Simbolon is trying to stand up here but Munro is controlling him well.

 The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Simbolon throws a nice outside leg kick. Simbolon uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Munro.

Simbolon does a little dance to reset his feet. And Simbolon tries to counter it with a takedown but Munro pushes his down on his head and steps out. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Simbolon jabs Munro to the body, keeping him at a distance. Simbolon scores with a body shot.

That was a close round but I would say that Killjoy McNofun will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Chester lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. A nice leg kick lands there from Chester. Griffin throws out a loose jab but Chester uses good head movement to avoid it.
Oooooh!!! Chester has knocked Griffin down with a huge combo! Chester steps away and waves a wobbly Griffin back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Griffin throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. A combination from Griffin does no damage. Griffin seems to have recovered his senses. Griffin scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Griffin throws a right and a left that Chester avoids nicely. Chester is pawing at Griffin, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into Griffin's nose. Griffin is badly hurt! Chester pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Griffin tries desperately to hold on but Chester is relentless in his assault! As Griffin receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Chester away and this one is in the books!

Arnolds wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Arnolds bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in McGee's guard.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as McGee holds on and takes a little breather. McGee wants to stand but Arnolds is controlling the position.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. McGee is pulling down on Arnolds's head. It's preventing any offense from Arnolds, at least for the moment. McGee keeping moving, preventing Arnolds from controlling successfully. McGee not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

With a record of 6 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Daniel Burton! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Paul Tew and Colin Fotheringham.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Blades lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
It looks like Daniel Burton has been cut. Burton misses the jab. Blades throws a counter high kick but Burton was just alert enough to avoid it. We've been told by Blades's head coaches at California Top Team that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Blades connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Burton's hands. Blades misses with a combination
and Burton counters with a three punch combo that has Blades backing up. Blades nods at Burton to acknowledge the strikes. A chopping leg kick lands by Blades. and Blades counters with a one-two to the body. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. A looping hook to the body misses from Burton. Blades does a little dance to reset his feet. That kick from Blades tenderised Burton's leg. Burton is trying to keep his angry face on. Burton on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

Blades moves out of range of the strikes. Blades tried to score with a low kick but Burton checks it. Some wild striking there from Blades.

Chase is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Ramsey with a body shot.

Chase lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Chase is stalling in the full guard. Chase keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Ramsey's head. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Chase slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
And that's the end of the fight! Danny Chase comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Chase has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Christ accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Christ looking to sit in guard and control but Kemppainen gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Christ on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Kemppainen uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Christ. Christ takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Kemppainen tries to close the distance and clinch but Christ swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Chaos Kemppainen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jeff Christ. Kemppainen chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Christ scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Christ gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Christ takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Christ changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Kemppainen tries to avoid it but Christ manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kemppainen to the ground. Kemppainen escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. No luck for Christ with that takedown attempt. Christ shoots in looking for a takedown. Kemppainen tries to sprawl out of it but Christ keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kemppainen manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
And that's the end of the fight! Chaos Kemppainen showed his dominance in that final round. I think Kemppainen has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
