With a record of 1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Derrick Smith! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 1 - 1, fighting out of New York, Alec Lynch! The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Taro Takaoka and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The fight stays on the outside here - Smith looks like he's thinking about clinching though. We've been hearing reports that Smith has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Smith clinches. Lynch is looking to take this one to the mat. Smith trying to stall but Lynch improves his position.
Smith tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Smith lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Lynch. Smith could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. A short right from Smith on the inside. Lynch takes a knee to the side of the body. Smith lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
It looks like Alec Lynch has been cut. Smith misses with a shot to the kidneys.

Lynch has an Americana. Smith didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Lynch is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Lynch hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 3 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jordan Ruiz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Evan Law! The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Hirohito Nitta and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Law with a poor takedown and Ruiz counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Law wants to clinch up but Ruiz keeps it at a distance. It looked like Ruiz was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Law. Ruiz looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Ruiz keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Law decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Ruiz wants to stand back up but Law manages to pass into side control.
Law staying calm. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Law working away. Ruiz might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Law is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Ruiz knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Law stands up. Ruiz connects with a crisp jab. A nice leg kick from Ruiz, right into the meat of the thigh.
Law moves in looking to clinch but Ruiz pushes him off. Law tries for a takedown but Ruiz circles away easily and Ruiz counters with a straight right hand. Jordan Ruiz has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Evan Law.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Ruiz throws a combination. Law tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Law misses with a takedown attempt and Ruiz counters with a leg kick. Law with a poor takedown and Ruiz counters with an inside leg kick. Ruiz scores with a head kick. Law tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. A nice leg kick lands there from Ruiz. Law shoots in for a takedown but Ruiz shows good takedown defense. Ruiz throws a counter high kick but Law was just alert enough to avoid it. Ruiz bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Law looks winded! Law gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Ruiz. Law takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Law is rocked! Ruiz circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Law drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Ruiz follows Law to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Brade misses with a double jab.
Adams closes the distance and clinches up with Brade, looking for a takedown. Adams pushes Brade against the cage but Brade circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Adams takes one to the chin there. Adams shoots in and drives through. Brade sprawls well. Brade fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Adams checks it well. Brade misses the shot to the body. Adams fails with a takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Smash Adams. That's going to take a lot out of him. Adams checks the leg kick.
Adams shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Adams was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Adams in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Brade parries the strikes from Adams easily there. Adams is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Brade to escape.
Sloppy strikes there by Adams. Adams misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Brade wants to get back to his feet but Adams drags him back down.

Brade is trying to buck Adams off. Adams just content to control the position. Adams throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Adams thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Adams in particular looking to stall. Adams thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Adams scores with a couple of good hammerfists.  That's three minutes gone in the round. Adams shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Brade sprawls well. Brade wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Adams gets slowly back to his feet. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Adams goes for a double leg but Brade avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Brade continues to drive forward. Adams is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Brade pulls him back up using the underhooks. Adams drops down looking for an ankle pick but Brade pulls his leg out and moves away.
Brade stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
It looks like Smash Adams has been cut. Brade scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Brade keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Adams is breathing heavily. Brade jabs Adams to the body, keeping him at a distance.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Brade cracks a nice hook into Adams's ribs. Brade throws a front kick that sends Adams stumbling back into the cage. Brade lands a jab to Adams's midsection. The fighters circle momentarily. Brade darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. This has been an exciting period of action!
Brade moves into the clinch. Brade is pressed up against the cage. Adams has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Brade down to the mat. Brade avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Arthur Brade is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. No luck for Adams with that takedown attempt. Adams has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Brade. Adams looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Jab from Brade. Adams needs to keep his hands up - Brade had a free shot at his head there. Brade uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Smash Adams's cut is getting worse. Brade thows a body kick. Adams tries to catch it but that hurt him. Brade throws a leg kick which misses Adams's front leg but catches the back leg as Adams tries to avoid it. Good shot there by Brade.
Brade closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Arthur Brade dominated that round. The cut man is working on Smash Adams's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Brade throws a body kick that digs right into the meat. Brade takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Brade lands with a thumping leg kick.
Brade jabs Adams right on the nose. Adams blinks but takes it well.
Adams is rocked! Smash Adams is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Brade drops Adams with a huge uppercut! Adams drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Brade is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nakabisha misses with a hook. Jefferson ducked under it nicely. We've been told by Jefferson's head coaches at The Nest that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. A telegraphed right hand from Jefferson misses the target. A jab from Jefferson misses. Jefferson stuns Nakabisha with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Nakabisha pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Nakabisha slips a jab from Jefferson. Jefferson takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Nakabisha throws a body punch but Jefferson moves out of range. Nakabisha cracks Jefferson with a right hand to the side of the head. Jefferson misses with a low kick as Nakabisha jumps back. Jefferson with a nice calf kick. Jefferson thows a leg kick but Nakabisha checks it letting Nakabisha counter with a right hand. Jefferson does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Nakabisha throws the left hand but Jefferson avoids the punch easily. Nakabisha tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Jefferson paws at him with a jab and circles away. Nakabisha uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Jefferson. Nakabisha throws a hook to the side of Jefferson's head but Jefferson sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Nakabisha staying out of range there. Nakabisha keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Nakabisha wants to clinch up but Jefferson keeps it at a distance. Jefferson fires out a quick counter leg kick but Nakabisha just manages to avoid it. Jefferson scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Nakabisha doesn't seem bothered though. Jeff Jefferson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jefferson jabbing away but nothing is landing. Nakabisha was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind. Nakabisha wants to clinch. Nakabisha throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Nakabisha pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Nakabisha throws a leg kick which misses Jefferson's front leg but catches the back leg as Jefferson tries to avoid it. Nakabisha swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Jefferson, as that shot connected.
Jefferson throws a hook to the side of Nakabisha's head but Nakabisha sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Jefferson looks to score with a jab to the body but Nakabisha is just out of range. Nakabisha ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Jefferson moves away. A head kick misses from Jefferson. Jefferson connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Nakabisha momentarily.
Jefferson ducks right into an uppercut from Nakabisha. Jefferson uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Nakabisha has time to react.

Jefferson takes a body punch but keeps moving. Jefferson lands with a hook. Nakabisha tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Jefferson moves out of range of the body kick. Nakabisha misses the shot to the body.

Jefferson is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. Jefferson cracks a nice hook into Nakabisha's ribs. Jefferson throws a body punch but Nakabisha moves out of range. Jefferson is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Nakabisha. A decent looking body kick lands there for Nakabisha. Nakabisha shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Nakabisha paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Jefferson with a body punch. A glancing blow. Jefferson throws a big shot that misses. Jefferson with a nice cross. Nakabisha fails with an attempt to clinch.
Jefferson swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect. Jefferson darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Nakabisha thumps Jefferson with a low kick. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Jefferson throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Nakabisha lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Jefferson throws a chopping leg kick but Nakabisha manages to avoid taking any serious damage. A little jabbing left from Nakabisha on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Nakabisha checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. An inside leg kick lands from Nakabisha. Nakabisha loads up on a big right hand but Jefferson slips the punch. A little feinted left hand from Jefferson on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Jefferson is looking to chop away at Nakabisha's legs.  The bell rings for round one and we are underway! No joy there for Ray, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Penn misses with a right hand and Penn takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. A combination from Penn does no damage. Penn scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

and Sitsongrit counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Penn thinking. Penn scores with a three punch combo!
This has been an exciting period of action! Penn lands a glancing blow to the side of Sitsongrit's head. Sitsongrit comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Penn misses with a left hand and Sitsongrit counters with a nice low kick that buckles Penn's knee momentarily. Sitsongrit lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Penn misses with a right hand and Sitsongrit counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Penn thinking. Penn on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Penn swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Sitsongrit scores with a counter punch that sends Penn to the canvas! Sitsongrit smells blood - he's punishing Penn with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Penn has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
