Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 8 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Luther Socippo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Abel Drugger! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Alec Ball and Elvis Blanc.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Socippo with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Drugger to score with a decent uppercut. Socippo clobbers Drugger with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Socippo is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Drugger throws an off balance right hand
and Socippo connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. A big left from Drugger misses. BOOM! Socippo lands a beautiful left hook that drops Drugger. Drugger tries to recover but Socippo is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Drugger lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Luther Socippo! During a confident post fight interview, Luther Socippo thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! No luck with that takedown attempt from Pinks. Pinks is looking to clinch. That kick from Pinks tenderised Fraiberg's leg. Fraiberg is trying to keep his angry face on.

Pinks throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Fraibergs head.

Fraiberg stays in close to Pinks's body and controls the position.
Fraiberg stands up from guard. Let's bang! Pinks has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Vancouver Island Fight Club in the buildup to the fight. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Pinks gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Pinks wants to get back to striking at distance but Fraiberg won't allow it.
Pinks lands with a left to the head. Pinks tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Pinks is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Fraiberg to keep the fight standing. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Devonte Pinks. That's going to take a lot out of him.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Pinks swings wildly with an uppercut but Fraiberg uses good head movement to avoid it. Pinks gets through Fraiberg's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Fraiberg lands with a short shot to the head. Pinks has Fraiberg pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Fraiberg manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. A nice right hand lands inside from Pinks. Fraiberg blocking some punches.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Fraiberg. Fraiberg wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Pinks tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Fraiberg escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Fraiberg lands a big head kick that sends Pinks tumbling to the mat! Fraiberg takes a step backwards and waves Pinks back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Devonte Pinks has been cut. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Pinks closes the distance but Fraiberg moves to the side and Fraiberg counters with a huge left! Pinks is in big trouble! He's backing up but Fraiberg isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Pinks from any more damage. A dominating finish by Fraiberg!

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Finn keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Jukassa. Jukassa swings for the body but Finn moves out of range.
A big right from Finn misses. Jukassa throwing a counter right hand but Finn manages to avoid it. Jukassa looks to throw the jab but Finn is out of range. Finn avoids the body shot from Jukassa.
Finn swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Finn throws a low kick but Jukassa avoids it. Finn throws a low kick but it's checked well by Jukassa. A jab from Jukassa misses. Jukassa lands with a nice body punch. Jukassa throws a combination that misses and Jukassa takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
It looks like Zett Jukassa has been cut. Finn has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.  The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Haelfson stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Sven. Sven throws a body punch but Haelfson moves out of range. Sven lands an overhand right. Sven misses with a body shot.

Haelfson has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Sven avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Haelfson changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Sven fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Haelfson shoots in for a double leg but Sven sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Haelfson is breathing heavily. Haelfson misses with a wild body shot.

Sven throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Haelfson sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. Sven thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Haelfson if he has to take too many more of those.

A lazy left from Sven finds it's target. Sven moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Haelfson lands a leg kick that knocks Sven off balance momentarily. Haelfson blocks a jab. Haelfson uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Sven. A little feinted left hand from Haelfson on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Jayden Sven seems to be getting the better of the standup. Haelfson moves out of range as Sven throws a body kick.
Haelfson looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. A looping hook to the body misses from Haelfson. Sven does a little dance to reset his feet. Sven is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Sven fails in his attempt to clinch. Haelfson fails with a takedown attempt. Sven stalks Haelfson and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Haelfson's face. Haelfson staggers backwards, shaken. This has been an exciting period of action! Sven doesn't manage to clinch there - Haelfson circles away.

 That's one minute gone in the round. Sven takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Haelfson throws a hook to the side of Sven's head but Sven sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Haelfson lands a nice shot that snaps Sven's head back.
Haelfson looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Haelfson trying to mount his opponent but Sven defends it. Sven is in trouble now - Haelfson has advanced to mount!
Haelfson goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Sven is on top in guard.

 That's two minutes gone in the round. Haelfson is looking to sweep but instead, Sven has passed into half guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Haelfson is trying to get back to full guard.

 That's three minutes gone in the round. Haelfson wants to get back to full guard but Sven has mounted him! Sven controlling the position easily from mount. Haelfson is looking to improve his position but Sven isn't that keen on the idea. Sven has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Haelfson sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Haelfson is looking for a sweep. Sven is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Sven performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Haelfson has a hand on Sven's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Sven takes advantage of the position though and mounts him! Haelfson is trying to escape the mount.
 That's five minutes gone in the round. Haelfson tries to hold on but Sven pushes him away. Haelfson is desperately trying to improve his position but Sven has a good base and remains in mount. Sven controlling from mount.

 That's seven minutes gone in the round. Sven looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Haelfson tries to roll over but Sven keeps him under control. Haelfson wants to get back to full guard but Sven has mounted him! Haelfson is working to get back to half guard.
 That's eight minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Haelfson gets back to half guard.
 That's nine minutes gone in the round. Sven prevents Haelfson from improving his position. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Haelfson tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Sven has advanced to mount. Uh oh. Sven controlling from the full mount. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Jayden Sven showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Sven throws a right and a left that Haelfson avoids nicely. Haelfson misses with a low kick. Sven is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch. Sven scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Sven takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Sven throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Sven moves out of range of the strikes. A big left from Sven misses. Sven misses with a wild body shot. It looked like Haelfson was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Sven.
Haelfson bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Haelfson goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Sven rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Haelfson's guard! Nice work there by Sven! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Haelfson bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Sven's guard.

Haelfson is trying to control the action in half guard but Sven is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Haelfson tries to pass the half guard into mount. Sven knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Haelfson is just content to waste time from the top position. Sven takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard. Haelfson looking to pass the guard.

Haelfson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Sven swivels though and keeps the full guard. Sven is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
 The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Sven misses the shot to the body.

Haelfson keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Sven. Sven avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Sven uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Haelfson.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Haelfson. Sven looks to land a combination but Haelfson avoids it well. A slapping body kick lands there for Sven. Haelfson moves forwards but Sven connects with a nice, crisp jab. Haelfson's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Sven connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Haelfson scrambles back to his feet. Sven stuffs the takedown attempt from Haelfson. Haelfson gets slowly back to his feet. Bjorn Haelfson has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Sven thuds his shin into the meat of Haelfson's side.
And that's the end of the fight! Jayden Sven comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Sven has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. Pederson can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Koli is looking to escape. Koli is desperately trying to improve his position but Pederson has a good base and remains in mount.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Pederson has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Koli's face.

With a record of 18 - 3 - 2, fighting out of Amsterdam, Heraclio Cabrera! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, John Boris! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Alec Ball and Robert Douchet.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cabrera connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. A telegraphed right hand from Boris misses the target. Cabrera throws a hook but Boris blocks it. Boris misses with a right hand and Cabrera counters with a nice body shot. Good standup being displayed there by Boris as he connects with a hook. Cabrera tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Boris manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Boris feints the counter takedown. A jab from Boris finds it's way through Cabrera's defenses.
 That's seven minutes gone in the round. Boris digs a good body shot into Cabrera's ribs. Boris fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Cabrera throws a shot from downtown. Boris moves away and avoids it. Boris changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Cabrera throws a leg kick that misses. Boris dives in for a single leg takedown but Cabrera sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. An attempted straight right counter from Cabrera misses the target. Cabrera jabs Boris right on the nose. Boris blinks but takes it well.
The cut above John Boris's eye is starting to cause him problems now. Boris throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

 That's eight minutes gone in the round. Cabrera scores with a crisp jab that stopped Boris in his tracks. A head kick misses from Cabrera. Cabrera tries to clinch up. Cabrera lands with a thumping leg kick.
Boris dives in for a single leg takedown but Cabrera sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Boris shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. A nice leg kick lands there from Cabrera. Cabrera pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Boris checks a leg kick. Cabrera drops his hands momentarily and Boris takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
 That's nine minutes gone in the round. Cabrera will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Boris darts in looking for a takedown but Cabrera gets double underhooks and turns Boris into the cage. Boris shoots in and drives through. Cabrera sprawls well. Boris misses with a shot to the body and Cabrera counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. You can see that Boris has visibly slowed down as a result of the leg kicks Cabrera looks to land a combination. Boris sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Boris takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
John Boris's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters. Cabrera buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Boris throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
And that's the end of the fight! Heraclio Cabrera showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Cabrera, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
