Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 6 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Levi Antero! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 5 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, George West! The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Antero keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from West. A big left from West misses. Antero bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Antero is looking to counter with a shot to the body. Antero connects with a body shot. West misses with a hook. Antero ducked under it nicely.
West has taken the fight to the clinch.
West tries to break free but Antero pushes him back against the cage. Antero blocks a punch to the side of the head.

Antero prevents West from breaking the clinch. A head punch on the inside from West fails to land. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Antero keeps control of West as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. West tries to break free but Antero pushes him back against the cage.

West has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. A punch lands to the side of Antero 's head but he takes it in his stride. Antero pushing out the jab but it's not landing. West looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

It looked like Antero was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. West cracks Antero with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. West looks to land a left hand but Antero moved out of range nicely. West staying out of range there. West looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Antero moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Antero keeps the fight on the outside.

Antero is looking to counter with a shot to the body. Antero stalks West and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into West's face. West staggers backwards, shaken. West tries to clinch but Antero is having none of it. Antero is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by West.
West closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for West. West pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Antero scores with a shoulder strike. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. West lands an uppercut. West wants to get back to striking at distance but Antero won't allow it.

Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. West moves into range and connects with a jab. West misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

West connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Antero's hands. Antero takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. West ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Antero moves away. Antero appears to be looking for a big counter. Nice jab there from West. West on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

West stands up. Antero throws the left hand but West avoids the punch easily. Antero is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
West fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Antero manages to avoid it. It looked like Antero wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. West wants to clinch up but Antero keeps it at a distance. Antero blocks the body kick.

Antero is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Antero prevents West from getting back to his feet. Levi Antero has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Antero is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Antero is pushing down on West's leg trying to pass to half guard. West is fighting to maintain full guard but Antero has managed to sneak the leg through. Antero tries to pass the half guard into mount. West knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. West is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Antero scores with a couple of nice shots.
And that's the end of the fight! George West comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well West has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Mustala will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Burian takes a body punch but keeps moving. Burian darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Nice shot by Eklund. Burian lands with an uppercut that bounces Eklund off the cage and back into range. Eklund throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Burian checks a low kick from Eklund. Burian throws a body shot but no joy. Burian sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. Burian takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Eklund steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Burian. Burian stuns Eklund with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Burian lands with a right hand. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Eklund pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Burian throwing a counter right hand but Eklund manages to avoid it. Eklund uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Burian.
Eklund throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Burian scores with a shot to the body.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Eklund has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

He tries to recover but Burian pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Eklund is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Castro throws a hook to the side of Nuku's head but Nuku sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. A telegraphed right hand from Castro misses the target. Castro misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Nuku.
Castro shoots in for a takedown but Nuku shows good takedown defense. Nuku feinted there with a counter leg kick. Castro throws a leg kick and Nuku counters with a straight right hand.
Castro scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Nuku gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Castro not landing any meaningful shots this time. Castro not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Castro working the head and body with strikes. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Castro wants to work for an arm triangle but Nuku is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Castro is stalling here. Nuku is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Castro seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Nuku has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Castro keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Nuku's head. Nuku keeping moving, preventing Castro from controlling successfully. Castro throws a strike but Nuku rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Grov works the jab nicely. Sitsongrit lands a glancing blow to the side of Grov's head. Grov misses with an uppercut
and Sitsongrit counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Grov thinking. The fighters circling - Sitsongrit throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Grov throws an off balance right hand

Sitsongrit ducks under a wild hook from Grov. A little feinted left hand from Sitsongrit on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Grov misses with a looping left. Sitsongrit looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger. Grov will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Eliss Grov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sitsongrit feints and then cracks Grov's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Grov down. Sitsongrit fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Grov manages to avoid it. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Sitsongrit fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Grov. Sitsongrit thows a left - swing and a miss!
 That's one minute gone in the round. Grov fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Grov throws a shot from downtown. Sitsongrit moves away and avoids it. Grov throws a nice looking combination but Sitsongrit bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Sitsongrit lands with a hook. Grov tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Grov misses with a takedown attempt - Sitsongrit sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Sitsongrit loads up on a big right hand but Grov slips the punch. Sitsongrit ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Grov moves away. Grov misses with a jab, cross combination.

Grov might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Sitsongrit kicks off Grov and gets to his feet. Grov throws a series of punches but Sitsongrit avoids them all with ease. Sitsongrit throws a body punch but Grov moves out of range. Grov misses with a left hand and Grov takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Grov checks a low kick from Sitsongrit. Sitsongrit throws a quick inside leg kick.

and Sitsongrit counters with a low kick, right behind Grov 's knee. Grov seems to have recovered his senses.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Grov darts in looking for a takedown but Sitsongrit gets double underhooks and turns Grov into the cage. Swag Sitsongrit is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. A looping hook to the body misses from Grov. Sitsongrit does a little dance to reset his feet. Sitsongrit was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Grov takes a shot right to the bread basket. Swag Sitsongrit is winning the standup battle so far. Grov shoots and misses and Sitsongrit counters with a nice leg kick. Grov is breathing heavily.
Grov manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Sitsongrit on his heels. He'll look to pass Sitsongrit's guard now, I'm sure. Grov wants to control from the top but Sitsongrit keeps moving. Sitsongrit keeping full guard, as Grov tries to pass. Sitsongrit has control of Grov's left arm, preventing Grov from doing any damage. Sitsongrit is wriggling around but Grov manages to pass to half guard.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Grov thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Sitsongrit's head. Grov prevents Sitsongrit from standing back up.
Sitsongrit works his way to full guard. Good work. Sitsongrit trying to control the position here. Sitsongrit wants to sweep but no luck. Grov postures up.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Grov is defended easily by Sitsongrit. Swag Sitsongrit has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Eliss Grov.
