Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Eric Brooks (ranked 2046 p4p, 1928 weight class) and Romulus Gerber (ranked 273 p4p, 261 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Brooks has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Brooks and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Gerber manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.
