Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Corona Virus (ranked 318 p4p, 642 weight class) and Daniel Steel (ranked 14 p4p, 92 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Virus misses with a left hand
and Steel connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
It looks like Corona Virus has been cut.
Virus lands a leg kick that knocks Steel off balance momentarily.
Steel misses with a looping left.
Virus throws an overhand right that lands on Steel's shoulder, as Steel tries to avoid the shot.
Steel throws a big shot that misses.
A quick step to the side and Virus tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Virus thumps Steel with a low kick.
Steel walks into a left hand.
It looks like Daniel Steel has been cut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Virus tried to counter with a leg kick but Steel avoided it.
Steel scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Nice defenses there by Virus.
A little feinted left hand from Virus on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

Virus swings widly with a right hand
and Steel counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Virus slips under a jab from Steel.
Daniel Steel seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Decent striking displayed by Steel there.
Steel misses with an uppercut
and Virus counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Steel misses with a left hand
and Virus counters with a big right hand! Oh Steel is in trouble here! Virus follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!

A relieved looking Corona Virus thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
